Q: The wheel inside the body is not turning after the balls are placed. I checked the batteries and the song is playing upon pressing the starfish button.

My little one absolutely loved this toy at first! The bright colors, music, and popping balls kept them entertained for quite a while. It’s adorable and really engaging for toddlers. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of use, the motor stopped working and the balls no longer popped out like before. We changed the batteries, but it didn’t help. Really disappointing because it had so much potential and was such a hit initially. If the motor was more reliable, this would easily be a 5-star toy.

Absolutely loved this, we had it for a little over 3 years but the wheel inside stopped working. The music and lights still played but we had no clue as to why the wheel wouldn’t work. If they fixed this issue I’d definitely repurchase it.

My 1 year old son absolutely loves this! But he did jam it by putting blocks in it, and the mechanism jammed completely and the electrics shorted out. On the other hand he did like it so much I ended up getting him another one and just keeping a closer eye on him around it. Just watch out and don’t let your child put anything else in it but the balls provided.

The balls don't go down the spiral and there r no replacement balls for when the dogs get them when they don't go in the spiral. I wouldn't buy this toy personally. Also when the balls shoot out they hurt when they hit you.

Inside stopped turning after a couple uses. We have taken it apart multiple times and it works for a couple days and then stops again. Skip this and spend your money on something else.

I gave this to my son for Christmas. The reviews weren’t great but it seemed like something he’d enjoy. It’s been over 2 months and he plays with it every day. I hear the song in my dreams. He loves it and it’s literally his favorite toy. He’s stuck his hand in it and tried as hard as possible to get himself stuck in it but the turning mechanism is soft and he hasn’t gotten hurt no matter how hard he’s tried.

We bought this toy for our 1 year old. When it works it’s very fun but it breaks constantly. The wheel just stops turning and the balls get stuck. It is not designed for the ages it recommends either. If they put the ball in the spout instead of the ramp it will destroy the toy. Extremely disappointed in the toy.

This is a very fun toy, starting around 9 months, however it does not work for long. After charging it, it does not last long and it burns through batteries. Very frustrating as every time we went to use it, it was dead.
