Baby Distilled vs. Standard Distilled
We have been buying this for our 3 month old since he was born for formula bottles. He was spitting up a lot with every feed. We switched one day to standard distilled vs baby distilled because it wasn’t available at the time. My baby stopped spitting up almost entirely with the standard. We didn’t think too much of it, bought baby distilled again and the spitting up continued. Went back to standard distilled and the spitting up has almost completely stopped. If your baby is spitting up a lot maybe skip this baby distilled water and switch to standard. We won’t be repurchasing.

Leaking bottle
I don’t understand why you keep sending me leaking bottles. This is my second order. In my first order, one bottle was leaking, and I was asked to send it back in order to receive a replacement. How am I supposed to send it back? I don’t think the post office will accept a leaking bottle. This time is even more ridiculous. All three bottles were placed in a large, thin plastic bag. One of them was wrapped in a thick plastic bag and sealed very tightly. I’m sure you knew this bottle was leaking before you shipped it out. I’m very disappointed with this order.

Target, do better and improve shipping and customer service
If I could give Target a negative star I would. Three gallons were ordered and stuffed in the same box with other items. The box was delivered wet and torn up and falling apart as the gallons all leaked! Target is requesting that I return the three gallon water containers which are all cracked and a mess.

Target does not know how to ship these properly
Don't order these online. Always shows up crushed and destroys everything else in the shipment. When I wrote to Target that these arrived crushed and water all over the package, they told me to bring it back to the store. The point of making this online order was to save time. I ended up wasting time and ruining my package for these waters.

Inept packaging often results in damage, to this item, during transit. This order was a replacement for a previous one that didn't make it. Laundry detergent generally arrives unscathed but water deliveries are tenuous at best. I cannot fathom why this item cannot be shipped without incident!
