Q: How is it sold out not even a minute up?

submitted by Same ol same ol - 11 months ago
  • A: Harbor put out the wrong release time on their Livestream.

submitted byActionFigureDigest - 10 months ago
  • A: Allowing scalpers and bots to snatch up these products and keep collectors from paying the regular price is a bad practice. I can't stand to see Target or Walmart get hasbro exclusives!

submitted byxmen fan - 11 months ago
  • A: Hope they are going to do a better job of making this widely available. Ms. Marvel Warbird, 80th anniversary Wolverine, and Venompool never hit shelves here in Denver. If you're going to get exclusives, they need to be as numerous as the Savage Land Professor Xs I'm finding everywhere.

    submitted byMVM901 - 10 months ago
  • A: It wasn't, was sold out exactly 8 minutes. Thanks Target 🎯

submitted bySuwu - 10 months ago
  • A: 1000+ cap and venom sold and still in stock and available. 300+ psylocke and Thanos sold and out of stock and no longer available....? It seems like they're trying to create fomo so they can raise the price through their own scalpers 🤷🏾‍♂️

submitted byMightyVision - 6 months ago
  • A: I agree. Scalpers using bots are able to purchase beyond the limit imposed by Target. That’s the whole point of bots. Anything Target exclusive for Marvel Legends is a struggle for customers (never enough product). Any marvel legends fan knew Psylocke was a hot commodity. They should have opened this up to all retailers.

    submitted byKp33 - 10 months ago
  • A: Because there are scalpers that work at Target.

    submitted byGamer001 - 8 months ago
  • A: Everyone gotta stop acting like addicts and boycott the figures until they fix these issues and quality control

submitted byBoohoo - 10 months ago
  • A: Target is the worst for exclusives. All the items are out of stock even before they hit the date so you know it’s an inside job.

submitted byMarvel fan - 10 months ago

Q: How TF did this go LIVE at 1:00pm and becsold out at 1:00pm? What did you do, offer 5?

submitted by David - 11 months ago
  • A: I have called target corporate before and they’re aware they have no practices or policies in place to stop scalpers or employees from taking advantage of the system and fudging stock numbers to then be able to claim out of stock when they never even went into stock. Then Target employees sell them for double or triple profit on secondhand market after buying them with employee discounts. Makes me very happy to know this information obviously

submitted byTarget exclusives suck - 10 months ago
  • A: It went live at 9am and sold out in like 5 minutes

submitted bySpookySneakers - 10 months ago
  • A: Apparently it went live around 5 in the morning and sold out immediately

submitted byAlex - 11 months ago
  • A: Nah bro, as laid out by Hasbro it was to go live at 1pm, Friday 06.06.2025. Many were left empty handed when we went to add it to our carts at the minute and it was OUT. Target fails AGAIN.

submitted byDavid - 10 months ago
  • A: They had a limit of 2

submitted byWow - 11 months ago

Q: Scalpers need to be confronted

submitted by Ant - 10 months ago
  • A: Limiting amounts that buyers can purchase doesn't stop bots online. In store it doesn't stop someone from bringing family or friends to each purchase one, & many stores won't bother enforcing the limit to begin with. So limiting how many you can buy doesn't really work.

    submitted byDorkKnight78 - 10 months ago
  • A: Target could just limit it 1 per customer. Again an easy fix.

submitted bySouth Florida Collector - 10 months ago

Q: When will target stop carrying collectibles due to their incompetence?

submitted by Rhymal - 10 months ago
  • A: When Hasbro/Others wake up and sees that they're a garbage business partner. I can't tell you how many times I've been jipped on something I wanted for my kids because of Target's incompetence.

submitted byDavid - 10 months ago
  • A: Probably never... It's been an issue for a long long time.

submitted byRed five - 10 months ago
  • A: Dude Target pays to get the exclusives Hasbro doesn't just decide randomly who gets what Mr Florids. Called capitalism.

    submitted byEDDIE_T_HEAD - 10 months ago
  • A: Blame Hasbro. There's nothing requiring them to make this specific set a Target exclusive. They consistently look at items they know all collectors would want and based upon that offer certain ones to big box stores under an ongoing exclusivity agreement. They could easily make excess for future orders to be replenished on time so that locations can resupply quicker but they fail to do that at well. Target can only put what they get on shelves from each vendor once received. Hasbro continues to not have its logistics right so done places will never receive this set due to low stock nationwide. It's easy to fix but Target's system is mostly automated so supply has to be greater in order for this issue to stop happening each and every time.

submitted bySouth Florida Collector - 10 months ago
  • A: Never, all you have to do is get a job at Target in the toy department unloading the trucks. And you can work one day a week. Problem solved

submitted byMightyVision - 6 months ago

Q: Who do I report my local target to for breaking street date? Was told by two employees to wait until the 20th then all three available at my store were sold out before then somehow...

submitted by Jake Macready - 10 months ago
  • A: Pre-order + Order pick up = stock in store, but unavailable. Items arrive at store mere days before release, at best. But are then unavailable to stock on shelves and are used to fulfill store pick up orders.

submitted byError - 8 months ago
  • A: Go to the help section under store experience and call the 1-800 number. Everyone that’s reading this should call and tell them about all of these issues. Time to complain LOUD people.

submitted byYamipeyote - 10 months ago

Q: Will anything be done to make this right with actual customers? Scalpers were able to buy the entire stock before the public. Third party sellers have them all at over 200% markup, check.

submitted by ShelfShock - 10 months ago
  • A: This has been happening with Target Exclusives for years, and Target has done absolutely NOTHING to stop it or even address it with customers. And they wonder why many demographics of their customer base have abandoned them.

submitted byBrian - 9 months ago
  • A: Absolutely not. Target doesn't care about their customers. Never have. Never will.

submitted byFigureItOut - 10 months ago

Q: Can we expect a second wave to be released?

submitted by GoneTooSoon - 10 months ago
  • A: Check back on Sunday, July 20th. That is the street date, and it should become available again then. At the very least, you should be able to see then which stores had it in stock that morning.

submitted byRish Outfield - 10 months ago
  • A: My store only had 3 on hand. 2 guys ahead of me got 2 out of 3. There was another guy who came after us, & I knew he wanted one as well but didn't know that they only had enough for us 3 :(

submitted byTeknomanDre - 10 months ago

Q: True or False: some Target employee are the scalpers.

submitted by Gamer001 - 8 months ago
  • A: This is it right here. Or have ties (with friends, family) running their own businesses selling the items. It’s what it is. Just go to SoCal to a place called Frank n Sons. Maybe some of these folks actually receive merchandise directly from Hasbro, etc. (B2B wholesale account) But when you see full cases of items that looked like they were picked right from the Target or Walmart store backroom/warehouse that’s highly suspect.

submitted byAnonymous - 7 months ago
  • A: Someone’s mad they couldn’t find one

    submitted byThanosPsylocke2PackHaver - 5 months ago

Q: When will you at least try to sell to collectors instead of scalpers?

submitted by cfpe - 10 months ago
  • A: Never! Ever! We make more money doing business with scalpers like Flipper Frank.

submitted byFlipped Off - 10 months ago
  • A: Corporations aren't gonna care one way or the other as long as they got paid.

submitted byRiley - 10 months ago

This two-pack featuring Psylocke and Thanos has garnered attention for its impressive figures and nostalgic appeal. Guests appreciate the articulation and detail of the characters, particularly Psylocke's upgraded design. However, concerns about packaging quality and distribution issues have been noted. Despite these challenges, many guests express satisfaction with the figures themselves and recommend purchasing before they become scarce.

    Definitely purchase it.

I ordered this for my husband, it was out of stock in store for the past few months, we couldn't find it in stores and online Marketplace prices were really high. I was hesitant to order, due to the box condition of the orders that had been received and reviewed by others. To my surprise it came in, in near perfect condition. In store price was 59.99 but for 7 dollars more on Target. com it is worth buying to avoid resell pricing. I definitely recommended ordering before it's out of stock.....again.

    Awful condition upon arrival

Shipping packing was in picture condition. The item’s box was wrecked/tapped up and not suitable for resale. For $68 plus tax, I’d expect it to be in new condition as advertised. This should have been put in clearance for in store purchase. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied

The product arived inside a standard cardboard shipping box but the product had an additional shipping or tracking label stuck to the exterior of the hasboro packaging. If you collect new-in-box action figures, be careful ordering from Target online. This is the second time this has happened. The product is great and deserves a five star review. The shipping deserves half a star.

    A wolf in sheep's clothing 👀

For something that is so anticipated and the only gamerverse 2pck excluded from pulse this set is trash!. Let me clear it up Thanos is the star in this set while Psyloke is poorly painted and skin tones have blue bleeding around the top shoulder area and also the hips. The figure sculpt is fine and the joints are firm but the decision to paint flesh colors one blue plastic or pvc is a fail.

    Great figures. Bad distribution

Figures are great. Targets distribution was the biggest problem. Still to this day I’ve never seen this pack in any of the four targets that are around me. It eventually restocked for shipping online and that is how I was able to finally get it. After weeks of seeing other people online finding shelves stocked full of them marked 30% off. Do better Target. Four stars because or Target.

Great figures. However, Target doesn't care to properly ship collector's items and you'll have to deal with damaged packaging.
