Incredibly horrible quality

Bought this doll for my 9 year old for Christmas. It was her favorite gift! Until we took it out of the box and discovered one of the arms wasn’t properly attached. It wasn’t fully sewn on so the underneath of the arm is completely off. The neck was also poorly attached and the stitching is coming undone. And of course since it wasn’t fully sewn limited edition, I can’t replace it.
