Im happy with it so far although my child hasn’t had an accident on it yet. It went through the washer and dryer fine on the first wash… so hopefully it will hold up when it is time to really get in to potty training! I have the dreamweave mattress as well and it is still breathable while adding a little plushness on the toddler side.

It fits the mattress perfectly without any slipping, which is a huge plus for me. Most importantly, my baby sleeps more comfortably than ever its fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, making it perfect for sensitive skin. It also does a great job of absorbing any spills, fully protecting the mattress without feeling uncomfortable or bulky. Caring for it is so easy! I can just toss it in the washing machine and dryer, and it comes out looking as good as new with no shrinkage or wear. It should be noted that this mattress cover is meant specifically for the Halo breathable mattress and not for any style crib mattress so keep that in mind when purchasing. When I got the product, I first noticed how light and airy it felt. It provided my child with some soft cushion that made their bed feel cozy. It’s nice that the cover offers a more breathable side and a waterproof side. The downside to the waterproof side is that it makes that swishy sound when you rustle the sheet. Other than that, the product was really easy to wash and dried pretty quick because of its breathability - nice for those times when you forget you were washing the sheets! Overall I would recommend this product for people who have the breathable mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a standard crib mattress, so this mattress pad is perfect for creating a more breathable sleeping surface for our baby. The texture of the mattress pad is sturdy and it is easy to see how it is breathable with all of the little "air holes" in the mesh-like fabric. The fabric is thick, and it holds up well as the baby is lying on it, so the little air holes stay in tact. The pad can be used without a crib sheet, but that's not a look I care for, so I covered it with a cotton crib sheet. I think it still works to increase air circulation. The mattress pad itself had a bit of an odor right out of the package, but it washed well, and we wash all baby items before using them, anyway. It washed just fine and still looks like new. Our baby never had any leaks or accidents using this pad, so I cannot attest to how waterproof it is. Our baby didn't seem to notice a difference between this mattress pad and the traditional ones we usually use, but the air flow holes do give me additional peace of mind without the need to buy an expensive new mattress. I also love how securely this product fits on the mattress, wrapping around on the back quite a way, ensuring that it will not slip off. Overall, I would recommend this product as an alternative to those mattresses and as an all-around high quality mattress pad in general. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance this mattress cover automatically looked thick and yet breathable. It has a nice mesh that definitely allows air to move. It fit a standard mattress great, which is nice because our last one was so snug it bowed the mattress. It was waterproof as advertised- our kiddos 2 so we don’t have too many messes other than the occasionally peed through diaper and water bottle leak. I loved that it was a soft enough fabric that it didn’t make that classic waterproof crinkly sound most mattress covers make. Makes for a lot better sleep for our kiddo! The only downfall is that it is not an organic or clean material, it’s polyester, which isn’t my favorite. I wish it was made with an organic cotton. Other than that it was thicker than most mattress covers which i feel liked, felt like it added some more cushion! The other thing I liked was that it didn’t seem to shrink when washed and dried. I’ve tried other brands that feel (and do) rip/run on the edges of the mattress. With this one though, it did not at all feel like it would run on me and I did not have to be super mindful when stretching it on. Our little one hasn’t had an accident, so we have yet to experience the waterproof feature. I did notice there is a criss cross like texture when you feel the top but it does not bother my son at all. He sleeps quite soundly, all through the night at 10 months old. The cover is a perfect snug fit on the mattress and has deep corner pockets keeping it secure. However once on, this provides a soft and breathable layer of protection. I also appreciate that the sides of the mattress cover are also protection for the mattress and not just cotton. Unfortunately the stomach bug hit our family but that allowed me to say that I have seen first hand that this mattress protector kept the mattress from getting wet and also helped to trap liquid from spilling over the edge. My little one seemed pretty happy on it, but then again they are a good sleeper. The cover fit great on the mattress and was easy to take on and off, but did not feel like it was going to come off while my baby was sleeping. My baby is a drooler and the mattress cover protected the mattress from becoming wet during the night. It was super easy to wash and it is machine dryable on low, which is great because who has time to air dry? The thing I liked most about the mattress cover was the breathability. You can use this cover with or without a sheet on top, but I recommend using a sheet as I prefer something softer compared to the ribbed/weave pattern on this cover. It protects the mattress 100% against my little one’s messes. I’ve washed the cover multiple times and it’s easy to care for; it washed out completely and never shrunk in the dryer. It still fits the crib mattress perfectly, unlike lots of other mattress protectors that shrink. It's a foam-like material just thick enough to add extra comfort without compromising safety for newborns. I tested the cover under running water prior to putting it on our baby's crib, because the last cover I bought was not waterproof as claimed. The water was absorbed into the foam layer and wasn't able to seep through the bottom layer. The bottom layer is a plastic-like material, but I haven't noticed any noise in the crib when my baby moves around. It seems completely silent.
