These bars are great and this flavor is delicious, between brownie ans this one are the best flavors. I order 4 or 5 boxes at a time because the macros are awesome and theyre a great low cal high protein snack.

Yes. It’s got a lot of protein. But what is is sweetened with. I went to the David website and the first sweetener is manitol, a sugar alcohol - that is not very good for you. It does have allulose. But for almost $4 a bar they could do better.
