All Missing Zipper Pulls
Cute…but missing the zipper pull despite all photos showing it should have one, even on the box. It’s for Christmas, so not opened yet, but apparently the surprise can be a charm for the zipper pull. I went back to the store to exchange and they were all like that. My daughter will struggle zipping it but it was on her list, so I guess I’m keeping it

The clothes were very easy for her to put on and they looked so adorable on the doll. The surprise key chain was a hit as well. She attached it to the zipper which she thought was so cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This winter outfit fits standard 18-inch dolls perfectly, and my daughter absolutely loved the bright pink jacket with heart details. However, the snowflake zipper broke off within 5 minutes of opening (the unfortunately sad surprise). We managed to reattach it ourselves, but the quality of the zipper and hardware could definitely be better. Beautiful look, just wish it were more durable.

Broken
Both zipper and surprise charm came broken. I also bought this at the store and it was listed as 12.99 yet I realized when I got home I was charged 16.99. It’s still a cute outfit but being charged extra for a broken product does not make it worth it.
