It's like eating drywall
Very dry and crumbly, and pretty much no flavor whatsoever.

Unfortunately dry and crumby
Ok flavor, but they are very dry, gritty, and crumble to pieces immediately. Very disappointed. They looked so promising!

Great for being gluten free!
Soft and not too sweet. I’m having a hard time understanding the negative reviews.

I appreciate Target having gluten free options in the bakery section but these are extremely dry and bland. They do not spark joy

Celiac approved.
I'm gluten free by necessity due to having Celiac Disease, and I just appreciate it when a retailer even TRIES to offer a treat I can safely consume. These fit the bill. They're not perfect. They're pretty thin and crumbly, yeah, but they are so nice and soft and buttery! And they didn't upset my stomach in the least. I appreciate that they are limited ingreident without a lot of filler and preservatives, too! I would buy them again and probably will before the season is over. I hope Target keeps trying to provide options for people who need gluten and allergen alternatives. :)

Love these!
These are delicious! I can't believe anyone would rate them less than 5 stars. The texture is good too.

just throw it in the trash
$6 for 6 dry, tasteless, crumbly cookies. You can taste the pecans if you happen to get a small piece of one, however, not even a faint hint of maple, butterineas, sugar or even salt. Probably the saddest thing I've had in a long time. I got these because I don't have the extra time right now to bake for myself but, clearly, I have to do this myself too.

Nutty and not too sweet! Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cookies are a bit crumbly but I love their softness. The nutty flavor from the pecans is delicious and honestly it's my favorite part trying these cookies! I couldn't taste much of the maple flavor, though, but the sweetness is just right. These are the perfect fall snacks, would go well with some milk or hot chocolate!

Gluten Free Maple Pecan Cookies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cookies weren’t terrible but they weren’t anything special either. They didn’t have a ton of flavor, and I didn’t really taste the maple or pecan within them. They were somewhat dry and chalky. I think for a gluten free option you can find better that would be more enjoyable. The price is reasonable.

Delicious and gluten free
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the maple pecan gluten free cookies by Favorite Day. Gluten free is not something I need so I don’t have gluten free baked goods often so I was pretty sure I wouldn’t love these, but I did! These remind me of a crisp and crumbly but fresh baked shortbread cookie with plenty of pecans and just enough maple, they are delicious.

Not overly sweet, great for snacking on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not tried too many gluten free products before so am very curious about what it would taste like. I am pleasantly surprised that it tastes just like a normal cookie if not better! Very buttery taste and soft, melts in the mouth. The maple pecan flavor is just right for this fall season. The ingredients are also very simple and healthy, so I am comfortable giving this as a snack option for my toddler.

Thank you, Target!
Thank you for creating a Favorite Day gluten free product! We are out here, required to eat gluten free for medical reasons, and want to buy cookies just like everyone else. This seasonal cookie is good to go, and hits the spot for a fall treat at a tailgate or pumpkin picking. Crumbly doesn’t matter to me; that can be improved upon. The taste not being too sweet makes it perfect for a pairing with a chai or coffee. Please keep adding to and improving on your gluten free selections from Favorite Day and at Target. We are out here and will buy!

Soft Crumbly Pecan Cookie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Favorite Day Mapke Pecan cookies. There are six large cookies in the package. These cookies are a very crumbly and soft. They do have a nice crumb to them. There were lots of pecans scattered throughout the cookie. The cookie has a very mild taste. I could not taste the maple flavor at all. It is more like a brown sugar pecan cookie. The cookie is not at all sweet. These would be a good alternative if you’re looking for something not overly sweet. The cookies were fresh and went well with my coffee.

They tasted like nothing but a little worse
I did not buy these for the gluten free factor, I bought them because these flavors are what I would gravitate towards. Unfortunately there was no flavor. They’re also dry.

Good flavor but very dry and crumbly. Perhaps because gluten free?

They are incredibly soft, and have a good flavor, without being too sweet.

Bland but convenient
Smells like plain bread and lacks much flavor, but it's a step in the right direction and satisfies the craving for a fresh-baked cookie without gluten
