Q: Why does it state that it fits a maximum mattress depth of 12 inches if it sits on top on mattress?

A: I'm guessing that if the mattress were any taller you wouldn't be able to get a fitted sheet over it with the topper

Quality is awful, why is it shedding orange gel? Boxed it back up immediately because I don’t want my cat to eat whatever the heck the flex’s are made of.

I wanted a 1.5" memory foam mattress topper to make my bed even more comfortable, but I'm sad to say, I REALLY don't like this one! It is incredibly firm—way firmer than any other memory foam topper I've ever felt—and honestly quite uncomfortable. Plus, it has this awful scratchy/crumbly texture that makes the sheets stick to it and crackle in a weird way when you try to move them.

I never write reviews despite relying on them for purchases. This mattress pad was a lifesaver after sleeping on a really hard, new mattress. I didn’t get overheated from it, and it provides a decent layer of foam to soften things. Best part though - there was not any weird smell coming from it.

As I urolled this the foam felt gritty. Against my better judgement I kept going, I was hoping it was just one spot, it was not. The entire topper was gritty with little bits of copper and foam coming off. Thankfully, I had laid it on top of a guest bed not on my bare mattress. This topper is a nightmare! I don't know how old this one is but my guess is it is degrading. The next day I rolled it back up and put it back in the box. Yes, I actually did get it back in the box, that alone should tell you this topper was bad quality. I won't be trying another one, and I still need to clean the entire guest room of tiny bits of foam and copper....

We were visiting relatives and spent a restless night sleeping on a 40 year-old mattress in their guest room. We found this inexpensive mattress topper the very next day and took a chance. What a difference! We put it between the mattress and a mattress pad and slept great the next 4 nights. The 1.5" performance foam added just the right cushioning and was not hot. So glad we were able to pick it up in the store because there was no way that we could have slept on that mattress another night.

Definitely a good purchase. It is really good quality for the price. To be honest, I had pretty low expectations when ordering this product. I ordered it for same day delivery the night before I needed to use it and was shocked at how comfortable it is! I would definitely buy again!

This has been a life changer for my daughter! We got it to help her sleep in her “big girl bed” and it has worked! She finds it very comfortable and sleeps soundly all night. It is just enough squish! It is a hair smaller than our twin mattress, but not enough to upset me at all.

I purchased this for my son’s bed via curbside pick up. When I got it home the box was completely ripped open, the topper was not wrapped in anything & it completely smelled like cigarette smoke to the point of the entire room stinking in under 5 minutes. It was completely stained & covered in some kind of hair. I’m sure the mattresss topper its self is good I’m disappointed that they aloud something that notably smelled & had been ruined be resold.

I had to go to urgent care after using this product. The off gassing and the material caused an allergic reaction causing me to experience eye and throat irritation and tingling on parts of the body that touched this memory foam topper. I am in disbelief a product like this is allowed on the market. I would not recommend this to anyone 😤

I only slept on my guest bed once. I liked the firm (supposed to be a medium but its firm) memory foam mattress. I slept on it the other night again and I actually found it to be too firm. I'm embaressed that I have had 2 guests at two separate times sleep on it. I bought this foam topper after reading reviews. Love it. I love Threshold anyway. This is beautiful and soft - no smell at all. I paired it with Casaluna gorgeous mattress topper - also from Target. Crazy comfortable and lush. Little bit price 'cause you can find them cheapter but I trust Threshold.
