It stays in place and doesn’t shift or move during the night. That being said, it’s one item my husband and I don’t agree on. I don’t care for it because I’ve woken up with a horrible headache every morning since putting it on my bed. The husband absolutely loves it. He likes how soft it is and said, “I don’t want to get up in the mornings now.” His job is very strenuous, and he usually wakes up with a sore back, but that’s improved since we’ve added this 2 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper - Queen by CGK Unlimited to our bed. For that alone, I would absolutely recommend this mattress topper.
