Q: Does this panel have a shiny look or a matte look?

A: It's a little bit shiny. Sort of in the middle between shiny and matte. There are curtains that I've seen that are much, much more shiny, almost glossy. Not these.

Q: is there a pocket for the rod? or you have to use clips?

A: There is a pocket, you don't need to use clips. That is how I hung mine (with the pocket).

Q: The details say that each panel is 30" wide. Is this correct? Seems very narrow. The grommet top curtains that are just like theses indicate 50" wide panels.

submitted byJB - 7 years agoA: The details are correct--these panels are 30 inches wide. This is due to the pinch-pleat construction of the top. Curtains with other top constructions, such as grommet, rod pocket, or simple pleats, will be wider in general (usually between 40-50 inches wide).

Q: If these are pinch pleated at the top, there should be a place for a 3 prong hook at each pleat. Is there a place for a pleat hook on the back side of this pleated top?

Q: How "opaque" are these drapes? Will I be able to see through them if they are closed in front of a sunny window or will they block the light? Thanks!

A: Hi Josh! The panel is lined so it will prevent most of the sun's brightness from shining in. It will allow just a smidge of light while giving you full privacy. Hope this helps!

Loved the color and the material. My only grievance would be that because of the pinch top they are not truly 30 inches wide. At the base of the curtains they are 30 inches but at the top I would say they are closer to 27 inches wide. I bought 2 panels for a 60 inch window and unfortunately these do not cover the window at the top but sure do at the bottom.

I purchased the sand. Beautiful color. They have a bit of sheen not a lot but enough to give them a flame look. They have a loose backing in white. Not completely light blocking but enough for me. I didn’t want sheer nor light block. Nice in between. They hung great and look amazing

It’s not quite teal, but...they are perfect! At first, I was really disappointed because they really do look like a slate blue/gray color in the package. Then when I put them against my teal/blue rugs, it picked up the lighter teal color. The photos for some reason make them look more teal and less gray than how my eyes actually perceive it on the wall...but that being said, my walls are gray. I was between sizes so I’ll have to hem them up a bit. I would not really agree they are room darkening, for my purpose that didn’t matter anyway. I did use the tabs in the back for my curtain rod. I’m so glad I tried these! I was considering custom drapery and just couldn’t bring myself to spend that much money. These changed the look of my living room drastically and I love them!

I purchased 10 panels of the sand color and 5 of the teal. I was excited to finally receive them. They were thinner than I expected but lined so that was nice. The pinch pleat tops were what I was after in the first place. I purchased 2 more sand colored panels off of another website since I bought the last Target had and one of the panels was a slightly different shade. So be aware of potentially getting them from different dye lots. The faux silk has a nice sheen and look great hanging up. You'll definitely need to iron or steam out the creases! I needed so many that I'm glad I got them all at such a bargain price from Target.com. They are light filtering and not blackout by any means, but provide complete privacy and help keep the heat out.

I purchased a good amount of these curtain panels. I hunted everywhere online and Target had the best price! They are light filtering but are lined with white fabric. The faux silk has a nice sheen, but feel a little thin. They do look nice hung up and steamed out though! I love the pinch pleat tops. The Teal color is more of a subdued slate blue than a true teal. I really wish they came in Navy!

The curtains are beautiful but the photo is misleading. It shows them hanging by curtain rings, which would make them easy to slide open. They don’t come with curtain rings. I have to purchase them separate & that’s costing me another $200. Very disappointed !!

Such a great length for the price! I absolutely love these...transformed my great room into a total new look. They are truly a deep grey color and are exactly as stated in length as the description. The curtains aren’t too shiny and are perfect if you want curtains that can hang at the ceiling but are not custom made. I added other balances from Target as well to finish the look. So impressed!

I am very pleased with these drapes. They are lined with an ivory color. The drapes have the look of Dupioni Silk. I noticed someone wrote they are too shiny, I purchased the sand color and am very pleased with the sheen. It really has the look of silk . It looks very rich and classic.
The only thing I would have liked is if they were weighted at the hem. But of course for the price they are great!
They also can be hung with the tabs on the back, which gives it the original "pinch pleat" look. If you choose you may hang them with the clip rings.

I loved the sand color, the pleat and the fact that the drape is lined. The only thing to note is that it appears to be shorter than the stated 95" - I didn't measure it, but after hanging, I noticed it was shorter.

These curtains have an expensive look and feel. I previously ordered two, two more and two more. They really set the mood for a room. I bought the teal which is my favorite color. They are lined which helps blocking out the light. Beautiful.

You'll love these curtains. I didn't think I could find 130 inch long curtains at this price. They are beautiful and good quality. To perfect the look I added curtain rings, curtain weights and hold backs. You must take the window measurements into consideration since these curtains are 30 inch wide and once they hang they look very narrow. You may need 2 each side. Also, nice matching accessories make them look like even more expensive curtains.
