Some bottles taste off
I have been using this milk for years now. Around 2 months ago I noticed some of the bottles I bought had an off taste as if a piece of cardboard was soaked in milk. I usually buy two at a time and even though they are the same batch, some would taste fine and the others different. Some bottles have a stronger cardboard like taste than others. I have since then stopped buying this milk because it alters the taste of my coffee. I bought one other brand as well and it had the same issue, but the taste was not as strong. I buy shelf stable milk in cartons now because those don't have this odd taste. I wonder what it is though. Improper storage?

I used curbside so I didn’t shop myself. This milk was 7 days past the expiration date. I used a small amount before I realized it was old. I threw the rest down the drain. This should not have been on the shelf, and shoppers should check this before putting it in the cart.

I didn’t notice that the milk expired within 3 days of purchase. I was going to give the milk to my toddler when I smelled the spoilt milk. Yuck. I love target but this was so so disappointing. If you buy milk, I suggest you get it at the grocery store. Or go in to purchase to make sure the gallon doesn’t expire within few days. Never again.
