    I have a complaint. I got to target today for pick up at 3:50pm and I waited about seven minutes before one of the employees came out with items for customers. And as he was walking back into the store, I saw that he had my 2 gallons of milk in his cart, and I honked at him and told him he had my items, but he just kept walking and he turned back to look at me but kept walking! How do I get my refund because I’m not gonna go back to pick it up
