False Advertising and bad customer service. You only actually get 12 jars. 12 jars plus 12 lids equal 24. For get the 1 funnel plus the 2 pages of labels which equal 27 or 70 individual labels which equals 120 pieces. How in the world did they get 24 pieces for their false advertising. The website on the box doesn’t exist. You call the number on the box and they gaslight you like you are mating but please please someone tell me how you can possibly get 24 pieces from this product. It’s a scam. It’s against the law. They know it. They discount you, ignore you and hang up on you because they know they can get away with it.

Bought these to supplement the ones I already had. Love the labels that they come with so you can customize your collection. Better price than other stores and also love that the look of the labels and the funnel the pack comes with!

I need jars that were no larger than 1.5 inches in diameter so even though I read the reviews about the cover issue, I decided to take a chance. The cover issue is a thing. The threads on the jar don't match the threads on the cover and they're difficult to get on and off. I I may have been able to live with that but the description of the jars being 1.5 is not accurate. They are 1.7 and won't fit where I need them to fit.

False advertising - the listing and description says 27 piece set but only 12 are included. It should not be advertised this way if the 27 pieces are separating the containers with the lids.

Disappointed with the product listing. Only 12 jars came with the package so that list it as pcs thinking you will get more jars but they count the labels and lids in that unit.

I almost never leave reviews, but these were so flawed that I felt like I had to. These were the perfect size for my somewhat shallow kitchen drawers, and they’re beautiful to look at, but I ordered two sets, and in both of them, the threads on the lid didn’t fit the jar - I couldn’t tell until it was time to put the lid back on and I had to basically force/guide it until it closed fully. I have lids on disposable products that work better than these. It’s a small retool, but one that needs to be made before these are useful in the kitchen of anyone who actually cooks. Returned both boxes - very disappointing.

Only 12 jars for $25. I would’ve gotten them elsewhere but it’s misleading when it says 27 pieces! But they do look cute

After washing, lids do not fit well. Nice looking jars but useless if they don’t close well.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! They are cheap and overpriced! You only get 12 not 24 and the lids don’t screw on and off correctly!!

As noted by others in this review section, the product only comes with 12 jars, and not “24 pieces” as advertised on the front. Like most, I do like having the wool pulled over my eyes and I was extremely miffed when I opened the package and there were only 12 jars. Be wary fellow shoppers, this is a clear case of false advertising. Will be returning and sending a strongly worded letter to Mr. Fig Mint. Good day, I said good day

These are great. Was really happy to find these but the description was pretty misleading. I know I should’ve read the full description better but when the title of the product shows “24pc” I’m thinking I am getting 24 jars… I was disappointed when I only received 12. 12 jars + 12 lids. The stickers to the jars did come creased but when applied to the jar, the crease goes away. I have no other complaints. I was very impressed.

It can be use in another way like storing small things , easy labeling

I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, because the description says 24pc Glass Spice Jar Set. I didn't bother to count the jars depicted in the picture. There 12 jars and 12 lids = 24 pieces. When I thought I was getting 24 jars, I thought, Wow, what a deal! I love a great deal! Nope. I am happy with the product, but the description should be changed to say, 12 jars with lids. I feel the current description is deceptive. Also....it comes with a collapsible funnel! Cool. If they weren't being deceptive, the description would have actually been, "25 pc".

I was only sent 12 spice jars, even though it is advertised as 24 spice jars. While the jars look nice, the lids do not screw on and off easily. When you put the lid back on, you have to apply a lot of pressure so it sits evenly. The labels for the jars came folded up and creased. Will definitely be returning
