Should be recalled they are so prone to chipping
I pulled a one inch piece of this bowl out of my MOUTH after biting into a cookie I made using this bowl, on its SECOND use. It had chipped and I didn't notice it. Super dangerous, and it's obviously happening to other people as well. These absolutely need to be recalled. Don't buy these bowls.

Don't waste your money!
Don’t waste your money buying this bowl set. I bought it in August last year, 2025, and I knew I wasn’t going crazy. My husband kept saying it was all in my head, but now after reading all the reviews, everyone is talking about the mold that grows on the top part! Even though I left it drying upside down on the counter for days and days, it still somehow doesn’t dry 100%, and mold appears. It even left marks inside my cabinet as well! Another thing: the material is terrible and breaks very easily. I wish I could still return it. Very disappointing.

Great set
Got these to replace an expensive set that broke during a move for my daughter. We’ve used them several times & both hv been extremely happy with the various sizes & weight (heavy) of the bowls. As with all stoneware u will need to b careful to avoid adding to chips, etc but so far it’s been so great I’m investing in another set for a friend

The other reviewers saying these grow mold…I can confirm. I got mine last Christmas and was so excited to have a nice set of mixing bowls. Well, I guess when I put them away after washing them for the first time they weren’t completely dry so some of these grew mold. I’ve tried re-rewashing them multiple times but they still smell. So just know if you purchase them you’ll probably have the same problem. Very disappointed.

pretty but grows moldl
I tried to switch to these as our everyday mixing bowls instead of plastic. unfortunately they are growing mold and I will have to throw them out..we hand wash and leave them out to dry overnight before storing and they still are getting mold. wish I could return for a refund.

Mold, cracking, and awkward to handle
Did not like these at all—when stacked, I found that they were difficult to separate because the bowls are tall and not enough space in between the sizes. But most importantly—they all became unusable due to mold. I don’t have a photo of the worst bowl as I threw it away already, but these bowls grow mold on the bottom and it spreads within the bowl. I could even smell it when I opened my cabinet! All of these bowls are going in the trash. Do not recommend at all, completely unsafe!

Manufacturing/material issue - mold
Love the color and the fact that it's a matching set, but found out after washing/drying/storing that the pieces are not vitrified (?) and the mold can't be overcome no matter what I try. Not sure if they are food safe, but I'd go as far as saying they should be recalled if this issue is a trend.

Love & Great Price
Loved my mixing bowl set in the mint green color! Unfortunately, my elderly grandma did drop 2 of them [the largest] and I am heartbroken! I have not had issues with staining, as I use a little baking soda for the bottom. They have upheld in my dishwasher multiple times. I store them in the fridge often and have no complaints. Figmint has been a trustworthy affordabel brand so far. My mom compliments them all the time.

Love them
I bought in store so shipping wasn’t an issue. I would recommend that for anyone who is having issues with breaking during shipping as that seems like a main issue. I also have had them for a year and haven’t had any issues with mold. I will say one bowl has a chipped rim but for having used them to bake regularly for a year now, they’ve held up very well.

Unglazed bottom rim harbors mold!
Mold! I just was mixing and kept smelling mold. The bottom unglazed rim full of mold. I am pretty sure I dried it very well but even if not mold should not happen! I last used it 3 weeks ago and he was not stacked just sitting in cupboard by itself.
