    Not happy at all!!

    Me and my boyfriend got two packs of these for each of our cars. The smell is not very strong and on both packs we bought one of the air fresheners is only about half full. I’m really over the cheapness of these companies. I thought febreze was a good brand but we will be purchasing another brand. Wry disappointed and ripped off.

Our products go through many quality checks, and we try our very best to ensure that each one meets our high standards. Febreze CAR is filled by weight, not volume, to make sure you receive the exact amount listed on the package. We have strict quality controls and it’s very unusual for a package to leave our plant without the proper amount of product in it. Once the air freshener is activated, the level of liquid will appear to drop as it saturates the inner membrane to release fragrance. If you prefer more fragrance, there is a dial at the top, and using the HIGH setting will provide a more noticeable scent. In addition, for the most benefit you should use a vent that is closest to you and make sure air is being circulated. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'd like to gather additional details to see how we can further help. Please give us a call at 1-800-308-3279 from 9AM — 6PM EST Monday – Friday.
