The scent wasn’t very strong nor did it last long

    From Febreze team
We're very sorry you're unhappy with your purchase. When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you will love. We always take consumer feedback into account when making changes or designing future products, so we'll be sure to share your comments on this with the rest of our team. Febreze Car Clips are designed to provide a noticeable scent for the number of days indicated on the package when adjusted to the low setting; if set to high exclusively, the scent will probably not last as long. We'd like to gather some information to share with our team. We’d love the opportunity to learn more about your experience so we can help you further. We hope you will call us at 1-800-308-3279. -The Febreze Team

    Cool idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fabreeze auto gain original and although it smelled really good; i felt like it didn’t get the whole car smelling good. If you were near it, it could be smelled, but otherwise it didn’t really smell from a far:

Thanks for sharing this with us. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we are sorry to hear this wasn't the case with your recent purchase. Make sure the clip on the back of the device is snapped into place. You should hear it click and be positioned at a 90-degree angle. It may take a few minutes for the fragrance to be released. Using the HIGH setting will provide a more noticeable scent. So we can learn more about your experience, please call us at (800) 308-3279 when you have a moment.

    Great scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These smell great, and blend almost seamlessly into my car interior. The scent lasts a decently long time, though they are a little more expensive than the traditional tree air fresheners. Would like to see other colors available for other car interiors.

    So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Febreze Auto Gain Original Odor-Eliminating Car Freshener Vent Clip smells amazing. I love how long lasting the scent is as well. I get so many compliments when I have other people other than my family in the car about how good it smells. The clip is easy to put in and take out. I like how it has a control knob on how strong I want the scent in the car. Going to go get more and have my cars smelling amazing.

    Great scent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love febreze products! I used them in my home and now I’m using them in my cars. I have the gain scent in one vehicle and this new car scent in my other vehicle. The scent is wonderful. It reminds me of the new car smell I’d get every time I opened the door and now the scent is back! It’s not overwhelming and doesn’t give me a headache. I love this product.

    Love Gain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a huge fan of the gain scent. I use their laundry detergent, fabric softener and sprinkle beads. So when this arrived I was so excited. The smell is uplifting and clean and now I get to have it in my vehicle! They are easy to open and easy to clip into the car. The scent doesn’t blast you out of the vehicle but puts a wonderful fragrance throughout. I run the air conditioner constantly and the smell is wonderful.

    It’s ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Febreeze Auto Gain Original didn’t give my car that wonderful Gain scent that I was expecting. I couldn’t even tell it was on my a/c vent as far as the smell goes. Doesn’t last long either. I was expecting my car to have a wonderful clean scent when using my a/c, but couldn’t smell anything.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen, and we are sorry you are having this experience. Ensure the clip on the back of the device is snapped. You should hear it click and be positioned at a 90-degree angle. Other factors affecting how long it lasts include how high and how often the heat or air conditioning runs. Also, if the intensity is set to high, the scent will most likely last for less than 30 days. So we can learn more about your experience, please call us at (800) 308-3279 when you have a moment.
