Q: Will the chairs scratch wood floors or are the bottoms protected?

A: Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands! There is nothing on the bottom of the leg. It really depends on the floor and finish. You could add felt pads to the legs. We do not have but Target or your local hardware store would have them.

Beautiful chairs. Assembly was straightforward. First two assembled no problem. The screws wouldn’t thread with the second set of two, but the company is sending me new front legs so hoping they assemble as easily once I get them. Customer service for the company has been prompt and great.

For the price these are pretty decent. Just what I was looking a plain wooden stool. The instructions could have been better. At first we thought the holes didn’t line up for the foot bars. After rearranging all the pieces and laying them flat we got one built second went quickly. I really need 3 don’t have room for a fourth. However the 2 look great at the counter.

Stools seem nice but had to return as the 2 side bars were cut at wrong angles and screw holes went to nowhere. There was zero way to make them work.

These look great! Are a pain to assemble and once assembled are wobbly no mater what you do. Instructions are not well written.

Chairs are perfect height for our kitchen island. Color is white, not bright white. They are sturdy and seem to be holding up well (just a few dings from toddlers) The directions to put them together was extremely confusing though. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I ordered six of these stools for a massive butcher block island counter. The stools are very sturdy and good looking. The black is more of a matte finish (not too glossy). All of the pre-drilled holes, bolts, and assembly components fit together well. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is one of the chair seats has a hairline crack that I didn't notice until everything was assembled. But other than that everything was in good shape and it's a very solid and well designed piece.

I was initially skeptical, but am surprised by the strength and comfort of these chairs. The instructions were a bit hard to follow initially but after the 1st chair, it took about 15 mins per chair to build.
