I ordered a banquet seating product from Target almost a month and a half ago, and I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the delivery process. Initially, I was provided with an estimated delivery date, but since then, that date has continually been extended. I receive daily emails notifying me that the delivery timeline has been pushed back by three additional days. To make matters more frustrating, I have discovered that the item is currently in stock but has not yet shipped. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I found their response to be less than helpful. They informed me that I cannot cancel my order until it has shipped, which seems illogical given the circumstances. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience at Target. The ongoing delays and lack of effective customer support have left me feeling frustrated. At this point, I simply want to cancel my order for the banquet seating, as I have yet to receive it. I hope future customers do not encounter similar issues. ⸻ Please let me know if you would like any further adjustments!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT PURCHASE! Absolutley terrible customer service. I purchased this item in February and Target sent the middle piece in the wrong fabric, so it was mismatch. Since February, I've called 6 times, spending 30 minutes-1.5 hours on the phone every time. Target scheduled a pick up of the wrong item in April, but never sent a replacement or a refund. So its been 6 months, they sent the wrong item, picked up the wrong item, I've paid almost $2,000 and I still haven't received a replacement or refund. Target customer service gives me the run around every time I call. This last time I spent 50 minutes on the line and the agent confirmed the banquette was picked up, but is refusing to give me a refund and said someone will be in touch in 5-7 business days. This is the same thing they told me a month ago and I never heard from anyone.

Bought on sale but even that was too much due to POOR quality. The set has a great look but not comfortable. The seat depth is slightly under 17", not sure if a larger person would fit the seat...The corner piece was like a whole other piece of furniture. The back of the corner was well under 1 1/2" shorter than the benches. Was offered a discount but even then not sure if I should have kept this set. The set is upholstered so that you could arrange as you need. But with that said, after only sitting for a short time the fabric got saggy. I would not recommend this set. Not sure why it got such good reviews?

Worth It!

I absolutely love this banquette! My only two issues were that shipping from FedEx was a nightmare and the material was not exactly what I expected. I thought it would be a thick canvas/cotton/linen but it is not and the colors is not as deep as in the photo. However, it is still beautiful and I am very excited about it, especially when other options out there are $3,500.00+.

Colors are not accurate to the photos at all. Weave wheat is green looking and weave driftwood is gray. Disappointed but not returning for a second time because it’s a hassle.
