Q: Aloha- What tools are required to assemble this set and can one person assemble it alone? Also do termites eat rubberwood [the material site says is used to make this set] ?Mahalo

  • A: An Allen key is provided and you also need a Philips screwdriver; according to Google - termites should not eat rubberwood because there are other components that are used to construct this item such as MDF & Paper Veneer

    Practical and attractive

    Great table/counter for a small kitchen with little space for appliances or meal prep. I put it together myself and I am 81. It wasn't quick, mind you, but not too bad at all.

    Covering up many defects and flaws

    Terrible. Deeply cracked support runs disguised with sloppy filler and painted over. Many deep cracks that will break. Obviously trying to cover up flaws and sell defective items.

    Ok set

    Nice size for my apartment. Some damage in shipping. The wooden legs on one stool were warped making it difficult to put together and it wobbles. Some cracks in the wood on table. Not the best quality but ok for short term and price.

    Great set

    easy to assemble and bigger than expected...nice one !!love it!!good for a small kitchen .Saves space as the stools could be pushed under the table.A very tiny piece of the table was a little ripped off...hence 4 stars for the quality...

    Cheapy table not the best but it works

    It is put together but the chairs are a bit wobbly and you will need wood glue and a hammer to put the the wooden cover parts. Also there is a chip but where I have it - you can hide it. Lastly good luck getting the seat cushion screwed in- there isn’t any pilot holes- so I just put it in- technically doesn’t need to be screwed in.

    Great buy

    This set was exactly what I was looking for my small kitchen. I also couldn’t spend a lot of money. My 2 teenagers kids use it everyday to eat breakfast or eat a snack. I love the fact that on the top is vinyl material and you can wipe it off with a wet sponge. Oh by the way my daughter assembled it by herself.

    Damaged and disappointed

    The table arrived a day early so I was very excited. However, when I took the table out of the box, it was damaged on one of the table top corners and in two corners where the legs are suppose to attach. There is no way to hide this damage and honestly it looks horrible. Because of the damage where the legs should attach, the legs are not sturdy.
