A: Bought this for a twin xl and hated the fit. Just was not long enough to stay put when used on a adjustable bed. Kept popping off every time I put the bed down to flat.

Q: What happened to the Threshold sheets that have double elastic at the corners? They are the only sheets I have found to stay in place with an adjustable bed frame.

We have gone through SO many sheets in all different materials and price points. Every single fitted sheet we try either won’t stay on our mattress (it’s pretty deep) or it rips (we have a big dog that often sleeps with us). I tried this one on a whim, and we’ve had no issues with the sheet slipping off a corner or holes ripping from dog nails! Plus, they’ve held up well through many washes. I love that they sell just the fitted sheet. I only wish there were more colors to choose from!

I love Target Threshold sheets. I’ve had many sets of them through the years. Apparently now you can only get Twin XL, as opposed to regular Twin. The fitted sheet swallows the bed and even using “sheet straps” the are just way too loose and bounced up.

It appears that not only are they no longer going to be selling Threshold sheets in single fitted and flat so you are forced to buy a set when you don't need it but they have done something to the manufacturing process of these sheets compared to when they first came out. These were excellent sheets, now they are garbage.

You get what you pay for. I bought 2 fitted sheets May 27th and in the span of 3 months they pilled so badly I had to trash them. I now purchaed the 800 thread count sheets and hope they hold up better. I used to love the Threshold hotel collection sheet set with the pillowcase pockets but sadly they don't make those anymore.

We recently got a split king adjustable bed and the twin XL sheets are perfect for the adjustable bed. The mattress we have is 14" and it has a 2" memory foam topper, but these sheets stay on snug as a bug no matter how much we lift up the head and feet. The elastic goes all the way around the sheets, not just corners. There are so tags to tell you which side is the top/bottom. That's obvious with a twin, but with bigger sizes it could be helpful. The sheets are crisp, but not stiff, and keep me cool at night.

I have had this sheet for three days and it is already pilling… I don’t know how that is possible for a 100% cotton sheet. I agree with all the other reviews citing the 300 count brushed cotton that target should bring them back ; the 300 count was soft, durable and never pilled. If you love yourself and your sleep, do not buy these sheets.

Absolutely awful. I have purchased sheets in the past from Target and they USED TO BE wonderful. The quality has dropped dramatically. I purchased this fitted sheet to replace a Threshold sheet that tore after 5 years of regular use (the pillowcases and top sheet are still fine). This fitted sheet pilled almost immediately after the first wash and it is so scratchy due to the pilling. After some online sleuthing on target sheets, it may have to do with the production country. My older Threshold sheets are made in India and have held up great. This fitted sheet that pilled so badly was made in Pakistan. Avoid these and spend your money elsewhere.
