Unaceptable order processed
I ordered a 5 pc stainless steel bar tool set. I received what I believe to be a display item. It was received without the original box and without any packaging material whatsoever. See picture below. In addition, the set was missing one of the five items the tool set includes, the bottle opener. The bar tool set seems adequate. The problem is that Target processed an online order without original packaging and incomplete pieces. This is totally unacceptable. If I could rate this zero stars I would for customer service. I expect more from Target.

I dont know if I got a returned item, or it was just damaged in transit, but this item is terrible. It is flimsy, the upright arms are loose, I cant take the strainer off the stand. Even without those issues, the quality just seems cheap. I have no idea how this is such a highly rated item.

The actual tools are sturdy and nice, but I did not get a complete set and finally gave up on trying. I bought this set online, and when it came in the packaging was pathetic - so everythign had fallen out and was banging around in the box. The bottle opener was missing, and the stirring spoon they sent is silver and gold while the rest of the set was silver. I don't know how they got it so wrong but I was very disappointed.

Need Better Packaging
The set does look really nice, but needs actual packaging. The set comes in a not so steady plastic holder that doesn’t keep the pieces from falling all in my bag from the store. 1st pic shows the nick in the stand. The 2nd pic shows what seems to be the start of a rust spot in the measuring cup. The 3rd pic shows how the set was handed to me in the store…no actual packaging or box, so I’ll have to buy a nice box before gifting it. Despite all that, I know it will look nice on my friend’s bar at home…I’d purchase again.

Had mine for 2+ ish years give or take it was a housing gift and I love it!!! easy to clean right there so needed a lil weight added to not make it so wobbly but velcro is a friend would get for friends and family

Ordered this item twice. It was promised to arrive undamaged the second time. Both times it arrived very wobbly and will not stand up. The base is so scratched I would be ashamed to give this as a gift. This was ordered for a wedding gift from the registry and now I still have to find something else. Terrible quality. Terrible packing. This item should be inspected and boxed and wrapped. Will not order anything online in the future. Too frustrating.
