Bought this escooter for myself but also for when my grandson's friends come over. I like the turn signals. That was nice bonus. Scooter is a great bargain

Given to my son for his 9th birthday, opened the package to find the main cable was completely sliced exposing all the wires and unusable. Instead of seeing an excited kiddo I saw sadness and got to spend the remainder of his birthday at target completing a return and finding a different gift.

Purchased 2 scooters in November for Christmas gifts. Spouse and older kiddo tried them out prior to gifting and said they rode great. Easy to assemble! First charge (after receiving 11/28) was today (12/27) after a full day of riding and they charged right up, zero issues.

The 15-mile range and 5-hour recharge time fit casual use well, but ambitious commuters may find both wanting if they routinely push its limits. Where the W16S really shines is convenience: lightweight portability, quick folding, and basic smart app features make it easy to live with day-to-day. If you want a no-nonsense e-scooter for errands or quick jaunts, it punches above its price class — just temper expectations regarding power and range.

I bought this scooter for my son’s 10th birthday. Not only did it arrive late, but even though it was fully charged, it would not turn on at all. This was a huge disappointment for my son. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas rush, it will take a long time to get a replacement. This situation has put us in a very difficult position. You caused a child’s heartbreak. I would never recommend trusting this scooter and purchasing it. I ordered the product from Target online. I returned it today. I will also be posting negative reviews everywhere very soon. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same disappointment and inconvenience that I did.Also, 5th Wheels company 's customer service wasn't helpful at all.

Honestly, assembling it was extremely quick and easy, as was connecting to the app. The tires feel lightweight, durable, and very comfortable, which makes every ride smoother and easier. When it comes to starting, accelerating, and braking, the scooter responds quickly and can reach speeds over 18 mph. Something I truly appreciate is the 36V battery, which allows us to ride up to 12 miles; more than enough to complete a full trip without worrying about the charge. What I loved the most is its lighting system: it comes with front and rear lights, plus integrated turn signals, which improves visibility and allows me to ride with more confidence, clearly signaling my directions to other drivers. For us, it’s not the lightest scooter, but that actually gives us a greater sense of safety since it feels more solid compared to others. We definitely recommend it and are very happy to have another mode of transportation that is functional, safe, and modern.

The battery DOES NOT have a 12 mile range. I barely travel over 5 miles before the scooter goes dead . And that's with me only operating the scooter in ECO mode/ a max of 10mph (full speed is 18mph.) I contacted the company 5th Wheel to ask if my battery may be defective. And they basically said "you need to ride the scooter under perfect conditions for the battery not to die fast" (riding on completely flat surfaces, with it being at least 77 degrees.) And that's not real life. I'm mad I wasted my money.

I don’t know which smart person packed that scooter but we never recieved screws to have the steering wheel not wobbling and to actually control the front wheel. The reflecting plastic on the front is shattered so it’s not functional

First off the packaging was horrible because the box had a hole in it when I received the scooter. The battery life is awesome it last long enough to ride for weeks. The speed is great it goes up to 18 mph. The features on it also good especially the bell sound to let people see you while riding. I would recommend this product for a gift or just because.

It is super sturdy and can fit older kids or adults. It seems very well made. It was easy to ride. I love that it has a head light and blinkers for safety. I also like the kickstand. It’s super light and collapses so that it is very easy to store it. Thai would be a great Xmas gift for ANYONE from kids to adults. It goes pretty fast and the batter last a long time. Assembly was easy and didn’t take much time. Mine came with a few scratches from shipping, but they were minor and didn’t affect functionality. The scooter is powered by a 350W front drive motor and rides smoothly. The 10-inch inner honeycomb tires handle bumps well, offer good passability, and are completely maintenance free, which is a huge plus. One thing to note: the unlocking mechanism is pretty stiff. It takes some force to unlatch. I’m hoping it loosens up with more use. To ride it, I turn the power on and slide the scooter forward with one foot while pressing the right thumb accelerator. Once it starts moving and feels stable, I step on with both feet. The learning curve was short, it felt natural and easy. The LED instrument display is bright and easy to read. I can check my current speed, battery level, riding mode, headlight status, and alert mode. The turn signals come with both light and sound, which is great for visibility, but they don’t turn off automatically. I have to press the arrow button again to stop the signal. I also really like the InvantiMobility app. Once Bluetooth is connected, I can lock the scooter remotely, and when it’s locked, it can’t be powered on or off using the physical button. The only way to move it is by picking up the whole scooter, which adds a layer of security. That said, the app doesn’t offer location tracking, which I wished it does. As mentioned above, Emmy is foldable, which makes it super convenient for travel or storage. I can easily fit it in my car trunk when I’m heading out on trips. Battery life has been solid. It holds a charge well even after longer rides. Despite a few small quirks, Emmy has been a reliable and fun ride. I’m impressed with the features and quality overall. Assembly instructions are very clear, and It took me less than 15 min to assemble. The scooter came fully charged, which is a plus. Setting up an account in the app is fairly easy and straightforward. Headlight, turn signals, and taillight are bright enough for safe riding at night. Battery status monitoring, switching gears, and bike locking can all be done easily in the app. Disc braking systems provide smooth and reliable braking at all speeds. The scooter's body is made of aluminum, and it looks and feels very solid and sturdy. The scooter also has a cruise control function and provides 3 speed modes, so you can customize your ride for maximum comfort and joyment. The scooter is compact and foldable and weighs only 32 lbs. You can easily carry it on subway/bus or can be easily stored in a car trunk. When fully charged, it has a range of 12 miles, but I have not tested this limit. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is some kind of shocks, which makes this electric scooter extra comfortable on irregular sidewalks and terrain.
