[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have an older model obit Mac Pro which I put over 5000 miles on. I loved that thing, it was a workhorse BUT after a few years of tire troubles I decided to get a new scooter. Pros of the E3, the suspension in comparison to my old ninebot is MUCH better. No longer am I petrified of hitting any little bump. Riding in NYC can be tough without a little give and my old scooter was not forgiving and rode very low to the ground. Also this has a slightly high max speed than my old scooter, plus I genuinely enjoy the larger LED display. The CONS list is short but important. First the battery, there have been times I haven’t been able to make it 11 miles on this thing on a full charge without it dying, not great and had I known the battery was like this I would not have purchased. Second and less important is regarding the throttle. Often times you can feel it KICK into gear so it has trouble reaching higher speeds for a second until it switches gears. This sometimes makes for a slightly less smooth ride and while not a deal breaker it IS noticeable. All in all I’m basically happy with my purchase but if I would have known the true battery life on it I probably would’ve spent the extra money for the F series.

I wish it locked in place when folded. It’s hard to carry on transit vertically, which is a necessity at times

I bought it as an upgrade from the e2 pro and I love it, It is so far the best e Scooter I have had! thank you Segway for making such a great scooter
