A: No none has responded to this concern with the actual solution. I have the same issue and called this number. The manufacturer of the chair was suppose to contact me within 2 business days. I have not heard from anyone to date 5 days later.

Super soft & comfortable chair. I bought it when it was on clearance (from $300 to $90), and it fits perfectly in the space where I needed a chair. It was already assembled when I bought it, so I didn't have to struggle like the others who purchased this chair.

Stylish chairs but arrived with flat, wrinkled, vacuum sealed cushions
I bought two of these chairs online for my office after trying the one on display in store. They are stylish and modern. The fabric is soft. In store, the chair was plush and comfy. The chairs that arrived from my online order, however, had back cushions that were vacuum sealed and completely flat like the other reviews mentioned, even after fluffing. The fabric was badly wrinkled. I steamed the cushion covers which got the wrinkles out, and purchased polyfill stuffing to add to the back cushions for more volume. I’m happy with how the chairs turned out, but disappointed that the chairs required these modifications. I would recommend purchasing in store rather than online.

Do not waste your money
I saw these in store and they are genuinely really gorgeous, but I have had them for maybe a month and one already broke. The bottom completely fell out and broke through the fabric. I ordered them online and they arrived fully assembled but not in a box, so I assume they came straight from a store. Not a huge issue, but obviously it got damaged at some point. They also are really uncomfortable, just not a ton of cushioning. The worst part has honestly been trying to get it returned though. I requested to return it and was simply sent a label. I have no idea how I would even begin to ship these back, and I’m not able to bring them to the store. I’ve called, I spent 30 minutes chatting with an agent trying to explain everything, was transferred to another chat agent, and they finally guaranteed me that they were going to schedule a pickup to return the chairs…all I got was another automated email with the same return label. The whole situation is a perfect example of how far Target’s overall quality and customer service has fallen.

Good Chair but Target Ruined It
These chairs are great, nice and wide and high quality but one of mine came with the back cushion completely flat as a pancake and what feels like a different fabric than the rest of the chair and different than the back cushion on the other chair which came fine. And I've been trying for weeks to get a replacement part so I don't have to return both chairs and the customer service experience has been MISERABLE and have had no luck. Seems like other people had the same issue with the back cushion so just be wary or buy in store.
