Purpose
Anticavity..Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older
Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Hold bottle upright and squeeze. Fill to fill line. Pour out. Only the correct 10 milliliters dose will pour out. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Children Under 6 Years of Age

Perfect for sensitive mouths.
I can't handle using some mouthwashes because they contain alcohol that not only destroys good bacteria in your mouth but also burns it. This one is gentle to use because it contains no alcohol and the flavor is rather flat so it doesn't have that strong cinnamon taste. I chose this one because it contains more fluoride than the other flavors.

Favorite mouthwash
Love this mouthwash! My dentist recommended that I try Act, it does not contain alcohol, do it does not burn. I LOVE the cinnamon flavor, it is the only one that I use... I do buy the peppermint for my husband. Definitely recommended this mouthwash to everyone!

ACT Cinnamon is the only mouthwash I use. Mint oral care products are too harsh for me, but ACT offers this great alternative. The flavor is strong, but it's not unpleasant; and the aftertaste is very refreshing!

I use Act cinnamon mouthwashfor 2 reasons. First, it has no alcohol, and second, it has no mint, which I am allergic to. Mouthwash without mint is very difficult to find. Sometimes it burns too much, but it is ok.

My favorite mouthwash not as harsh as mint but still keeps my breathe fresh. I also like the easy to use cap that dispenses the mouthwash. It is easier to use than the kind that comes with cup and less messy.

I gave this a try in the past and oowee it was strong, Not as strong as listerine or as potent when it came to cleaning the mouth. I like to know when I use mouth wash it is really rinsing my mouth out and ridding any bacteria , plaque or whatever lingering around. This product is alright if you're not looking for anything too strong. It rinses but doesn't leave that wow feeling in my mouth.
