Gentle conditioner with very short ingredients list. Very similar to the Scalp Care Conditioner. As if it's the base formula. Good for standard hair shower cleaning for a no shampoo method. Will barely moisturize hair if at all. Don't use it for that. Not a downside. This is a daily conditioner for maintenance on, removing excess of, & preparing for another stronger conditioner. I personally use a botanical oil (carrier & essential) custom blend. My hair type is 2A thin.

This conditioner is great for my hair and also gentle enough for my dry and sensitive skin. After using it for a few weeks, my hair is soft and easier to take care of compared to the previous conditioner I used before switching to this brand.

Been using this product for a while, it used to have a neutral/shea butter smell. But it seems they changed the formula and it has this alcohol/chemical smell. Wont be using anymore

I have extremely dry skin and 2C hair which all shampoos destroy. Years ago, I began washing twice a week with conditioner only after exhausting all other no-poo methods. So far, this product works better than any other I have tried--and there have been many others. package just arrived today. So sad that the ingredients don't match the website. cetearyl alcohol is listed second on the item that arrived after water, and there is an emulsifying wax much higher on the list and Ethylhexylglycerin.has been added. So sad that they dropped the concentration of Shea Butter.

I have very sensitive skin, and this simple and effective formula does a great job on my extra-long and voluminous wavy/curly hair. Smells like raw shea butter (yummy) and applies with a silky consistency. I love the 32oz bottle size and it is definitely my favorite conditioner I’ve tried. I can't tell you how relieved I feel using Alaffia's products knowing the ingredients used are minimal. I spent so many years using products from stores that contain a ton of fragrance and chemicals, and I wish I had known earlier the potential risks and damage I was doing to my body by not being mindful about what products I use on my skin and hair.
