The Almay All-Day Intense Gel Eyeliner™ is not your average eyeliner. This eye-defining essential delivers intense color of a liquid liner wrapped in a pencil barrel made from 85% recycled paper—and lasts all day.
Two of Almay’s mascaras, Almay Length & Lift Mascara™ and Almay Volume & Conditioning Mascara™, are also part of Target’s journey to zero thanks to caps and vials made with PCR materials.
