A: It seems like they are. The ingredients list has no cocoa or cacao in it.

Didn't realize it's white chocolate
Unfortunately I didn't look closely enough at the picture and thought these would be similar to the 'cookie crunch' variation. These are actually white chocolate, which I do not like at all. I guess the bottom half is dyed red. I ended up giving them away, and the other people did like them.

Not a candy person but these mints are a holiday staple!
I do not care for chocolate but I do love mint and peppermint especially. These are quite minty, as I am sure normal Andes mints are. I look forward to this being in stock every holiday, and I buy and eat way more of them than a rational and health conscious person should!

I loved this chocolate the crunch is sorta likw the bumps on the chocoaltw crunch bar! The flavor is a pretty strong peppermint but its so good! I loved it in icecream i used it in an icecream sunday bar.
