Large and scratch resistant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for cookies recently while on a baking spree and I love how it can hold so many given it’s size. I also have yet to scratch it, which is a huge plus since most of my other pans scratch so easily

Great pans, but need liner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great Aluminized Steel Half Sheet Pans, but they are not non-stick so you will need something on them when baking, I use parchment paper. These pans are a great size and are very versatile so they can be used for many cooking and baking projects.

easy to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last pans were in rough shape and got these for baking. I use them with parchment or non stick silicon sheets since these aren't non stick. However they clean off easily if you clean them quickly and work well with spray oil as well. They heat evenly.

Favorite sheet pans!!!

I’ve been in dire need of new sheet pans and these have surpassed my expectations. These are extremely high quality sheet pans. I’ve used these daily and they are also so easy to clean. No cooking spray, oil, butter, etc needs to be used on these pans because anything you cook comes off so easily. It cooks food throughout and evenly. They are heavier than other sheet pans but they are made well which is worth it. They’re nice and big and great for baking and cooking. Since using these I’ve thrown out all of my other old sheet pans and will only ever use these. Highly recommend!!

The real deal

Perfect for large sheet pan meals or for roasting various foods for meal prep. I prepped large amount of veggies and turkey meatballs. Clean up? I was amazed at how easy this was to clean.

Very Nice Baking Sheets

She also loves the way they bake compared with some of her others. These cook evenly and accurately whereas with some of her other sheets she has to adjust temperature or cooking times to compensate for the sheets. Great products.

Quality pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is nice and heavy. I appreciate non coated aluminum pans. I prefer to use parchment paper but I did roast some veggies directly on the surface and they charred very nicely. No issue with warping. It cleans up well, but I’m starting to have some stains that are requiring more effort to remove. Which is fine, that’s how all aluminum pans are. The deep edges keep all the liquids in. I like how this comes in a 2 pack, I think 2 half baking sheets are absolutely essential for the kitchen.

There isn't any other brand out there that I'd recommend over Anolon. This product and brand is hands downs the best. I hardly have to ever clean up and cooks my stuff so evenly!
