I think the product is fine but I think it was kicked around some during delivery. The box looked like it came through a grease storm because it was filthy. And when I opened it the pliers and hammer were out or their slots and pliers won’t go back in. The tools were not damaged though.

Great starter set - needs a better case!
It's really a great beginner set! I like the variety of basic tools needed for first apartments or dorm rooms (I am giving these as high school graduation gifts). However, the quality of the case is disappointing. I would be happy to invest a few dollar more for a simple metal case with a flat interior tray and secure latches. This case will not last long, unfortunately.
