First, ensure the forward/reverse selector switch above the trigger is fully engaged to the reverse position, as it can sometimes sit in a neutral lock position if not pushed completely to one side. If the trigger does not respond, try toggling the selector switch back and forth a few times to ensure it is not stuck or obstructed. Also, remove the battery and reinsert it firmly to confirm a proper connection, and check that the battery is adequately charged. If the tool has been under load, allowing it to rest briefly can help reset any internal protection features. The CK32100 is a drill and impact driver combo kit, and it does include the two tools, two 2.0Ah USB-C batteries, USB-C charging cable(s), 65W USB-C fast charger, tool bag, and a selection of basic driver bits. It is not designed to include a full socket set, as the impact driver uses a 1/4" hex quick-change chuck that is intended for standard 1/4" hex-shank bits and compatible accessories. Because of this, traditional sockets will not fit directly without a 1/4" hex-to-socket adapter or impact-rated socket set. We understand this may be unexpected if you were planning to use standard sockets right out of the box, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue improving product clarity and expectations.
