    Not working as expected

    Meh… unimpressed

    Not impressed. It has some really awesome features that Android doesn’t have that I really love. But I hate the fact iPhone did away with fingerprint biometrics to unlock and it’s only face recognition or passcode. I also am not a fan of the smaller sized phone. If anything I shoulda went with the pro or pro max. Those two are deal breakers for me. But, now I’m stuck with this one until I can upgrade. I’m heavily leaning towards going back to Android. The only think making me reluctant to switch back is the difficulty of switching everything back. It was hard enough to move everything to iPhone. I don’t wanna have to go thru that again backwards.

    Lack of Software

    Will not work with an HDMI adapter because it doesn't have the basic software that my I[phone 12 had. To make matters worse no one at the phone store was aware. I had to speak with an Apple geek to find out after the purchase and more than one trip to the ATT store

    An upgrade never felt so good. It was time for an upgrade and this phone did not disappoint. The charger is the same as my iPad thank goodness. There’s only one camera lens but I am ok with that.

    Phone is fine for what we need but online said the activation fee would be waived on the FIRST bill. It was not waived. I had to make multiple calls and still not waived.
