Best pepperoni out there, hands down!
I only eat pepperoni on pizza, but this pepperoni changed all of that! I could not stop eating it just plain once I tried it. Even better when it’s on air fryer pizza! You can tell it’s high quality by the taste, and that it’s “clean”. I only had it once and went to go back for more, only to realize Target no longer sells it and I can’t find it anywhere else. I’m so sad! The turkey version from this brand is not nearly as good, but will suffice I guess. Please bring it back :(

It's a matter of taste, I guess?
It didn't taste like it was out of date or had gone bad, it just tasted like terrible pepperoni. Bought all the stuff for Italian subs and this pepperoni ruined them 😩

As far as pepperoni goes, its a 10!
I don’t understand the negative reviews on this pepperoni. It’s crazy good. I don’t usually care for pepperoni but this has a very non aggressive taste. I use them a lot of sandwiches and they’re perfect. I wish they were a bit cheaper but I think you get what you pay for with this.

New recipe is bad
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old recipe, but all of these companies all follow suit and copy each other. This product didn't go bad easily or anything. They've all started adding cherry powder. It's gross and makes it have a cherry candy aftertaste. It's like if Luden's started making cough drop flavored pepperoni. Not to mention adding all of these natural sources of nitrates is worse than the chemicals nitrates. It's still the same chemical, but in greater quantity in several ingredients and at least with the chemical nitrates the government forced then to add the appropriate vitamin that negates the risk of colon cancer. Now they don't have to bother. They will also contain SO much salicylates that even people who are mildly sensitive are going to have facial swelling and/or asthma attacks. Just another ruined recipe and now another fake health food

Added beef is gross
I do not like the new pepperoni with beef added. Why in the world would applegate think that people want beef in their pepperoni?! It does not taste good and the slices are now thicker, which I do not like. I used to love this pepperoni and now I find it pretty gross. I will not buy it again. Please change back to the pork only version!!!
