Hormel Cup & Crisp Pepperoni - 5oz

Love these pepperonis!

This is for cup and crisp bold. I absolutely loved the bold flavor but it is no longer carried in stores by me in Ohio. Why can't I find it? Did you discontinue it? Please say no! I need it. How can I order it?

Favorite! I precook them 10-15 seconds in the microwave in a dish or preferable spread out on a plate lined top & bottom with double paper towel if Viva brand or triple if other brand and push, compress, roll/twist them for half the fat to soak into the paper towels. This way when cooked they aren’t little saucers of boiling hot liguid grease aka lava to burn your tongue or drip on your clothes/carpet/furniture and it also lessons calories. This way when placed atop the cheese layer they crisp up so deliciously…perhaps experiencing the Millard? Effect that tastes so delicious! I only by cup n crisp unless making panini’s as ingredients are covered up so no cupping occurs. I’ve tried other brands of pepperoni but Hormel is simply the best!

We used these on the ghost shaped pizzas also from Target. The kids loved them and they tasted great! They don’t cup up like I have seen on restaurant pizzas but I love the Hormel brand for everything!

Absolutely breathtaking and revolutionary design. I've never had one but my dog loves them!

i didnt even notice the grease but my palate was assailed by the spicy making it artificial, then the salty making it not food, then a little bit of sour. hard to find the meat as usually exists

We have been using these cup pepperoni in the BOLD flavor for years and loved them. Can't seem to find the BOLD ones anymore and these regular cup ones have absolutely no flavor to them. We are very disappointed as we do pizzas in the pizza over a couple times a week. You've now forced us to other companies to find good pepperoni

I bought a bag of the cupped pepperoni at the store and when I opened them to eat them and put one in my mouth something felt weird, here the paper was still on the outside of the pepperoni's, every single one. Just wanted to let you aware of this.

This purchase was based on previous purchasing I have done buying chili,some meats,the general things people buy.When sometimes food or other products get described by name instead of actual product.Like saying get Eric Crunchtastic Super cereal instead of get the frosted oat flake cluster cereal.Or what not,meaning Chili for me was asking for Hormel,and mom knew exactly what it was,didn't say bean or no bean,or what made by Hormel..Nope just grabbed with bean chili and made sure had saltine crackers.The pepperoni I had coupon on,so I was sent to get a pizza ,which I doubted even as I was told what to get. Walked the store,found pepperoni, no cup and crisp but every other one..Looked in Pizzas,never to see a Hormel brand pizza..Which is why I write,great pepperoni,not as good on clarity that the pepperoni is just being placed where it is used,as ingredient on pizza..Which I get it,this is why we buy it,even those of us who eat it out of package as is,it's ingredient.I am only trying to get two points across,I don't want to go tell my significant other they do not sell pizza so so have none,and secondly,Why does Hormel Not Make Their Own Pepperoni Pizza?maybe the contracts selling pepperoni to people you would be competing with in the pizza business keeps them out of the game. but for reals a sauce recipe some good crust and a cheese guru and Hormel has the best topping and most popular one already,along with name. It could be pick me up a Hormel,vs some Hormel. Knowing I mean a pizza and not some chili. or I am getting some Hormel and a Hormel on way home..get the Fritos ready along with my coke. Just a thought,a very hungry one..

Compared to the greats, such as Hormel's own Rosa Grande, Battistoni Cup & Char or Ezzo GiAntonio, this 'roni is nearly tasteless. I have heard that the "bold" version has more flavor, but haven't seen it in stores as yet. That said, it does cup and crisp reliably, so the name is apt. Still, one wishes for more than merely mechanical merit in a (fairly pricy) food item! Use: on pizza

I recently discovered cuppping pepperoni and I LOVE it! I have an outdoor kitchen and recently bought an Ooni Pizza Oven so I've been making A LOT of pizza lately! Probably 12 times in the past three months (basically, once every weekend). I've made lots of varieties of pizza, but I have to say EVERYONE says their favorite is the cupping pepperoni. I've only used Hormel and I have no reason to want to try any other brand. This pepperoni tastes great, and the way it cups up and crisps around the edges makes it even better. I finish it off with some of Mike's Hot Honey before cutting and serving and it is seriously the best pizza ever. Now when I ask my friends and family what kind of pizza they want, they always say "We want the one with the cupping pepperoni!!"

Ever since I tried these, I haven’t gone back to regular pepperoni. My kids and I love the crispy edges.

VERY Disappointed! I always MUST eat a couple peps b4 putting them on the pizza (I cant b the only one 😁) I gotta tell ya these do NOT AT ALL TASTE THE SAME. Once baking... yeah they crisp up somewhat & dont taste QUITE AS awful as right outta the bag but um.....big NO for me. Im most often just a pep/cheese pizza kinda girl so i KNOW what pepperoni usually/should taste like ....This aint it people 😝 Plus that "cup" action holds all the grease right there for ya. I straight up threw them away after 1 use & went back to original peps. These r NOT the same flavor & have a weird taste i cant even describe. 👎👎👎

Life-changing!! Also, you can precook them to make them really crispy! It makes it look like your pizza has two different kinds of pepperoni!! Hope they don’t t discontinue!!
