I will not buy this again
The smell is horrendous. and taste is just as bad as the smell. We noticed that the flavor and smell change about a year ago but was milder. Today we decided we aren't going to buy this again. It's just too nasty to even cook and eat. We ended up giving it to the dog.

I would buy this product again.
This is a product that is easy to make, perfect for a busy morning that you still want a sit down meal. Our family enjoyed it, we made some burritos. After it was nice and crispy, fried some eggs, and on a warm flour tortilla added the hash, cheese and eggs, hot sauce if you want it spicy. I am a HORMEL food's employee

Great product to eat with scrambled eggs!

Sure, it's canned hash, but it tastes great. I like it best for breakfast when camping. I eat it in moderation for sure and as I get older, a much smaller portion.

Wet, greasy garbage product now
I used to eat this about once a month. This last pack of cans I bought is dizgusting, wet, and greasy. I couldn't get it to brown in my well-seasoned Lodge cast iron pan that I always used to cook this in.

Something's Very Wrong
What a tragedy that this once-great product no longer looks, tastes, or smells like it used to. It's really wet, wont crisp up, and sticks to the pan. Please change the recipe back.

Something's different
I have no clue what changed if it's the fat or oils it makes it wet when it's cook but it took over forever over half a bout to start go brown on medium high.
