Book Synopsis

The finale is here. Everything Zephyr Arland has been through -- the secrets, the manipulation, the impossible choices -- converges in a confrontation that will define who he is and who he chooses to become. By the time the dust settles, the young speedster won't just be Zephyr Arland anymore. He'll be Arcstream. Written by Andrew Rodriguez with art by RippaFest winner Lee Sands, Arcstream: False Start #3 closes out the limited series with the debut of one of the Rippaverse's next generation of heroes in his full, iconic form.
