Arrow Fixed Blade Ergonomic Utility Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife itself feels solid in the hand and the ergonomic design is comfortable enough for regular use. Once it’s assembled, it works fine and does what a utility knife should do. It's safe I guess but the blade doesn't retract. Decent size and very sharp razorblade though. That said, I really don’t like that you have to open the knife to install the blade and then open it again just to remove or flip the blade back. It’s unnecessarily tedious and feels over-engineered for something that should be quick and simple. A tool meant for efficiency shouldn’t slow you down. Decent quality overall, but the blade-changing process knocks it down a couple of stars for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fixed blade utility knife works as intended. It’s easy to open it up and take the blade out. Comes with one sharp blade. I like that the spot where the blade goes is magnetic and makes it easier to attach. Easy to clean and has a nice weight to it. I would definitely recommend.

I like that it's got a nice safety feature. Basically the blade can be put inside the tool and reclosed when not in use. I'm glad I don't have to use my scissors anymore to open boxes!

Since opening it I have used it to break down multiple boxes, open multiple packages, and the blade is still sharp as ever. I will say it took me a minute to figure out how to put it together as it did not come with instructions, but from there it was easy to use. It feels very sturdy and does not show any signs of wear despite near-daily use over the past month.

The only complaint is that the blade is fixed (as advertised), which means you have to open the entire mechanism and manually insert the blade each time you want to use it. I do think this means it’s less likely to break, which is a plus!
