Safety protection and very sharp

Seriously, nothing at all. After I gave up on fabric, I tried to use it to cut the tape on a cardboard box. It just dented it. Absolutely worthless.

It was good for what I needed. It does fall apart a bit but easy to fix. But again I didn’t craft much. I used it to cut fabric for blankets

Great product! It is supposed to have some oil on the blade and screws so that it spins smoothly. And it sure does cut smoothly too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, this thing is SHARP. Like, SHARP sharp... so please be careful. However, it works well on paper and cloth. I've used it to cut wrapping paper and a plaid shirt and it cut both cleanly.

I was originally using it for free hand cutting rather than using scissors, but I have found it is also great for cutting threaded tags of new clothing. It cut the thread with great ease. I used it with a cutting mat just to be safe and not to cut up any of my surfaces. I make fleece tie blankets and it cuts right through the thick material with no problems making straight cuts along the edges! And when you are making several this blade helped move things along. The blade glides like butter. This is a great product in my opinion!
