Target needs better delivery people
Terrible delivery by target. Left the box right behind the garage door so it could get run over.

Great Seam Ripper
I went to Michael's to get a seam ripper after the closing of Joann and they did not have any in stock! I walked over to Target and found this one. It was cheaper than the one listed at Michael's and did the trick to release the hem of some pants I was hemming.

Money down the drain. No Fiskars support
bought the tape measure ripper combo, tape was ok, priced it's value but ok. I've had a ripper for 30 years but was quite dull. Bought this kit because of the Fiskars name and well....price. Ripper lasted three seams. about an hour.....Never seen metal so thin and cheaply made. Of course the tip broke. No reason beside greed that Fiskars would sell this junk for a landfill. If you want the tape measure then ok, but if you want a good ripper, find a better quality manufacturer who will stand behind their product as this has NO Warranty for ANY reason. Find a better company and a better ripper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every home needs this set. The seam ripper is ideal for removing seams (duh!) but also tags and loose strings like a pro. The tape measure is super flexible and the button allows to hold a length otherwise it tucks back into its spool.

Great handle, blade too thick and wide
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get a seam ripper to review. It's silly sounding, but a good seam ripper design makes a difference. I used the seam ripper on several different tasks to compare to my others. I removed the embroidery and ripped open a seam with my already-owned ones and this new one. First off. I love that it has a cover. I wish it screwed or clicked on but the fit is pretty secure and the top did not shake off. The handle is the best part. The handle is the most comfortable of any seam ripper I have used. At first, I wanted it to become my new go-to. Unfortunately, the actual seam ripper did not perform well. I tried to take photos so others could see but the images don't show the blade well. The blade is too thick. It doesn't slide into the seam well. The blade is too bulbous. It is wider and fatter than my preferred seam ripper. I would suggest this as a good choice for a vacuum hair-cutting seam ripper because of the ergonomics, but not for delicate projects.
