Soid mic !!
This mic is easily one of the best mics I've ever used. I was trepidatious on what the quality would be because of the price range, but I was totally blown away. Being a metal vocalist who combines heavy and clean vocals, having a mic that can do the job for both styles is very important; and finding one that won't kill your wallet is equally as important. When I'm not recording in someone else's studio, this is my go-to for all my vox work.

Great sound, sturdy design
I use this pretty much exclusively for ways in which it was not intended to be used with most of my recordings being of musicians performing outside in locations with water hazards, awkward placements and the general exposure to the elements. Creates a beautiful, big sound that leaves me totally satisfied, including excellent instrument reproduction and glorious vocals.

Well Designed Multi-Pattern Condenser
This microphone meets the expected versatily of a multi-pattern microphone with a sound quality that can be compared to its higher cost counterpart. Polar pattern, low-cut, and pad setting on this microphone can be changed easily without using a tool, and it fits nicely on its shockmount.
