Why ruin a great thing?

The original one was far superior. This one is almost 50% more calories. Plus, it doesn’t taste as good. It’s a waste. Switching to Whole Foods 365. They use olive oil still. And it’s 110 calories.

New recipe is terrible

What did you do to your popcorn recipe? Did you go to a new vendor? The olive oil oil and sea salt was my absolute favorite popcorn of any brand. The new recipe with sea salt and avocado oil is absolutely horrible. It taste slightly burnt, it's extremely dry and flavorless. And then you bite into a portion that is so salty. It's absolutely on bearable. Please go to the old recipe or vendor. This is just terrible.

NO please go back to the old recipe!

I am so sick of brands remaking products when no one wanted the change. The good and gather sea salt has been my favorite for years. I can’t stand avocado oil and I hate how everyone seems to be switching to it.

Big Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag of popcorn was a great deal. It’s full of flavor and not just plain “sea salt”. This is perfect for movie nights and sharing because it’s a big bag. For this price, it’s a bargain. The texture is perfect. I also liked that it’s made with avocado oil and organic corn. Also with only 50 calories a serving, I don’t feel guilt about snacking on this popcorn!

Tastes like kettle corn with a small kick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting this to have more of a kick since it’s jalapeño and jalapeños are featured on the bag but it had more of a kettle corn sweet taste and a small kick. It’s not bad, but I was hoping for more spice. It is a big bag for the price though so I may buy it again. Even the kids liked it for snack.

Tasty and a large size to share

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag of popcorn was bigger than I expected. It tasted very good and had the perfect texture! Sometimes bagged popcorn can be soggy, but that’s not the case for this one. I had some yesterday and some today and it did not become soggy from one day to the other. I closed the bag. I reheated it for ten seconds in the microwave so it would be warm.

Burnt Taste

Maybe I got a bad batch but the kettle corn has a burnt taste and looks like it was burned. Gross. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet but I hope this isn’t what it all tastes like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect when trying this Sweet & Spicy popcorn Japaleno flavor. The popcorn was fresh and crunchy and the bag is three quarters full. The first handful I ate was interesting. Without looking at the ingredients first, initially it tasted like cinnamon sugar popcorn, followed by a little bit of heat. The flavors include a mix of jalapeño, tomatoes, green bell pepper, parsley, and onions.I like the size of the bag, quality of non l-GMO popcorn (although the popcorn kernals are kind of small), the use of avocado oil, and the interesting flavor combination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these are made with avocado oil. Instantly sold on that! This almost tastes like kettle popcorn with a hint of spice. I have a high spicy tolerance, so this wasn’t spicy to me. It was a hint of spice. I think if you don’t eat a lot of spicy stuff this will be spicy for you. We usually buy jalapeño cheddar popcorn, but we will be reaching for this one next time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sea salt popcorn from Good & Gather was okay overall, but I felt like it was too bland. The popcorn lacked flavor. I did like that it was made with avocado oil instead of unhealthy fats. The calorie count is low so you can eat a bunch and not feel guilty. Next time I think I will add popcorn seasoning.
