There are cloud and local streaming apps for games available on the phone and through Backbone. It is a great device that I use to play games that are on my computer through my wireless network to my phone with this as the controller. If you are looking for a console that will play games handheld natively on the device, the Nintendo Switch Lite is a great choice and always popular with his age range or the newly released this year Nintendo Switch 2. Very disappointed for Xmas this year. Received as a gift and it is not compatible with my iPhone 15plus like it claims. Reached out to cst service and it’s a firmware issue. Can’t get a replacement and very disappointed.
