(no review title)

I was so hopeful for this item since my boyfriend has the black one and it worked like a charm. When I got mine home, I put my phone into it and the backbone light lit up, then went away and my phone said it needed an update. But I was unable to update due to it not wanting to connect with my phone again.

Gen 2 works with case

The Gen 2 is far superior to the Gen 1 is the simple fact that it works with a case on!

Does not work for iphones even though it says it does

Very disappointed for Xmas this year. Received as a gift and it is not compatible with my iPhone 15plus like it claims. Reached out to cst service and it’s a firmware issue. Can’t get a replacement and very disappointed.
