A: Thank you for reaching out. The anchoring system that is sent with the playset is meant to stabilize the set while the kids are playing on it. This is something that you will want to do as not anchoring the set down can void your warranty.

Q: Does the wood hold up against regular sprinkler usage and rainfall?

A: We do recommend applying a clear waterproofing sealant though to all the wood as soon as possible before or after assembly and about once a year after that for added protection from the elements and to keep it looking new longer for you! Sealant differs depending on region. I can not recommend one brand over another for sealant. We do recommend it being a semi transparent water based, or oil based sealant. Go to your local home improvement store and they can help you find one that is best suited for the weather conditions in your area.

Q: We live in AZ where temps are between 110 and 118 degrees Fahrenheit in summer. Can the plastic parts handle this extreme heat? Obviously there would be a concern about sliding down the plastic slide

A: They should hold up in these conditions, but will get warm in direct sunlight during those temperatures.

Backyard Discovery
The instructions were straight forward, but some of the wood is bowed. It looks smaller in person and I don't think it's made up to 10 years old. Time will tell.

Buckley
This is a tiny swingset made out of very soft wood. It has been up for three weeks, and one of the ladder rungs has already split. Quality is not good

Great Quality and Hours of Fun
The Buckley Hill Swing and Play Set has been a fantastic addition to the backyard. It’s compact enough to fit comfortably in smaller spaces but still offers so much for kids to enjoy. The swing, slide, and little climbing wall keep them entertained for hours. The build quality is excellent—very sturdy and safe, which gives real peace of mind. Delivery was prompt, and everything was well-packed and easy to assemble. It’s been wonderful seeing the kids spend more time outdoors, playing and being active. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create a fun play space at home.

some of the boards were different lengths than listed, and some of the holes were about an inch or so off, but nothing a drill couldn't fix. over all, happy with it. definitely set aside time to build it. it took me about 2 days on my own, coming back to it off and on

Perfect size and easy to assemble
We bought this for our granddaughter. We were just at her house this past week since our son assembled it for her. Being 3 years old, it is the perfect size for her and will last her till her teenage years. I talked with my son about the assembly process, and he stated the instructions were very clear and precise and had no issues with the assembly.

Good for smaller spaces and toddlers
Overall a great playset, on the smaller side but it's great for our space and our 3 year old. It took my husband and father multiple days to install and unfortunately quite a few pieces came warped or broke as soon as we tried to install them. The virtual installation videos were helpful! My daughter loves it so all worth it.

Seems sturdy and strong. Easy to follow instructions. Perfect for preschool and early elementary kids. My 2.5 year old wants on it all the time. You do need 2 people to build it.

Looks nice. BILT instructions were awesome. The wood is soft, making it easy to over torque the screws and crack the wood. I hope it holds up longer than a year.

Love how cute and small it is for our yard. But the top beam supporting the swings seams weaker than the weight limit is. My 31 pound toddler is already putting a big crack in the beam

High quality, and exactly as pictured!
We got this swingset for our 2 1/2 year-old daughter. It is the perfect size for her! I love that she can climb up and down it on her own, and I feel safe with her doing so. It took my dad and husband, probably six hours total to put it together. It sounds like overall it was pretty easy to put together, and the instructions were very clear. I love that it came with six anchors, and it feels very secure. We live in a very windy area, and I have no fears of this thing being toppled over. It is obviously smaller, so is not suitable for older children. However, in my experience, most kids are over swingsets by 10 years old anyways. This swing set is a much more reasonable option than others, but is still high-quality.

Get some help
This build took a very long time with 2 people. Was short one of the side pieces so i had to make one based on the dimensions. Have to drill some of the holes to anchor the augers which suck. Either way my boy is gonna love it so thats all that matters.
