  • A: We have temporarily removed the option to add assembly at the time of purchase to give the third party installation company, Go-Configure, a chance to catch up. You can contact the assembly company after the fact to purchase an assembly service if you like, but they may have to schedule you far out. You can reach them at 888-888-5424. They will have information on where they service as well as wait times. So many play options in 1

Really solid swing set. Using the BILT app to put together is a must, it really made the process that much easier. Our kids love the whole swing set but especially the little house and bench which provides a ton of different play in 1 structure. So happy we got this!

Love it!!

My kids (1,3,5) all love this swing set!! We love the house and bench feature. The flat steps on the ladder make it so that my 1 year old can easily climb on his own! It was easy to build- the instructions in the app were great!

Too difficult to assemble

Over 100 parts and over 200 screws to assemble with 45 total steps . Slide assembly was riduculous I worked with a handy man for over 11 hours at $ 700 cost . Target does not offer an assembly option so buy elsewhere

Good but needed work

I bought this a month ago. My husband and I put it together ourselves and ran into a few hiccups. A few of the boards didn’t line up to the holes, so we had to buy new lumber and drill the holes ourselves. We still have to replace the wood for the bench because it doesn’t even line up to the seat ends. The nails would be at the bare tip.

Good directions just some bad pieces

Assembly directions were good. Would be better if the number of the part had a color description would of saved some time looking at pieces. Had 3 or more pieces get serious splits and or cracks. Good amount of money was spent to purchase this set for my daughter and had some of the main pieces damaged was bad.

Not worth it

Lasted maybe a year, don’t recommend if you are looking to get more use out of it! Sadly disappointed!

Great Playset!

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter for her 3rd birthday. The variety of things to play on (slide, two swings, grab bar, fort, sandbox) is great. She loves going from one thing to the next. She really likes to play she is a chef cooking up pizza, burgers, etc. while I sit on the bench at the window of the sandbox. The set is not real big and is only rated for 150 lbs however she will enjoy it for several years and she will have a little brother next year to play with and I'm sure he will enjoy it as well.

Amazing product

Daughter loves it

Our DD IS 18months and absolutely loving her early Xmas present. It took her dad and uncle just over 5 hours to complete. The wood is definitely a bit on the softer side and a few pieces split a little while drilling. Also wood dints when wiper snipped around which is unfortunate when you can’t mow underneath cubby/bench part. Our DD figured out how to climb the ladder straight away. We did swap one of the swings out for a little Tikes baby seat as she didn’t have the balance or coordination for main seat supplied.

Overall great swingset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is good, you have to watch for proper placement before you start the assembly process. We assembled it ourselves(as a family) and it took a day and a half. It's great for kids 10 & under.

Strong unit, easy to put together. Looks great and the kids love it.

The unit is very sturdy. Assembly was super easy. I do recommend that you use the app over the manual as the hardware ID# is not on the manual. Not that the manual isn't well written or descriptive enough, but ease of use with the app was superior. I highly recommend taking everything out and organizing everything so it's very easy to find and read. I built this by myself and finished in 7 hours.

Swing set

I’ve had this swing set for a year and a half and it’s already falling apart. One of the swings is broken and the top of the house has fallen in.

Great features

Good for kids 2-8 A little smaller than I anticipated- my 5yr old won’t be able to enjoy it for as long as I hoped The wood does splinter fairly quickly- we didn’t have it a full year before it started splintering Overall good value for the money AND my husband put it together by himself 4hrs
