Description
The Lakewood has some really neat features that make it great for smaller yards but keep the kids playing all day long. First, the raised fort has a colorful awning and front wall with white trimmed window to make a cool clubhouse-like area up top. Down below there is another fort, with a front wall, window, and real door! And the side snack window has built-in bench just outside. Out on the swing beam there are two belt swings and an acrobat bar for plenty of swinging and clowning around. A standard step ladder gets the kids to the upper fort and their 8' speedy slide zips them back down again.

A: We have temporarily removed the option to add assembly at the time of purchase to give the third party installation company, Go-Configure, a chance to catch up. You can contact the assembly company after the fact to purchase an assembly service if you like, but they may have to schedule you far out. You can reach them at 888-888-5424. We bought this for our 3 yr old grandson so he would have something to play on when he comes to visit. The pictures are deceiving for this product. The wood is very cheap, some of the boards were cracked and damaged when we opened the box. Splintering and Pilot holes didn’t line up with each other. Ours never even had a tarp in it for the roof. Had to call customer support. I personally wouldn’t recommend buying this, save your money and find something of better quality.

It is a nice looking set, to be sure, but we had a few grievances with it. One of the boards was damaged in the box and it didn’t come with spare hardware. A bolt broke while installing and we had to scour our garage for a suitable replacement piece. The top coating on the darker wood has peeled off in some places. It creaks and wobbles when my 3 year old swings, despite the anchor rods being placed. The swings are so low they nearly touch the ground. Also took three adults a day and a half to assemble. If you have bigger kids (7+), I’d look into another set.

I am very happy with this swing set! My toddler is able to climb the ladder easily and the slide feels really safe, which is awesome. I can sit back and relax while he plays. I also appreciate that it included ground stakes to secure it. I purchased some separately but they aren't needed. It looks great in my yard and I'm very happy. *Toddler swing pictured was a separate purchase, it attached easily.

Not too big, not too small and has already provided so much fun for both of my girls - age 3 and 1. This thing is a pile of junk. Came with stripped bolts, wood already split, and holes that don’t line up. My daughter already ripped one of the railings off. I expect it to last a year or two.

This Thing Was An Absolute Disaster. The Holes Were Drilled In The Wrong Places So We Had To Make New Holes. Boards Are Splitting. It Took Over 24 Hours To Assemble Because So Much Was Wrong. Now That Its Together, It Looks Nice And The Kids Love It. Not Only Were The Holes Wrong But This Thing Required So Many Different Hardwares, You Couldnt Just Stick With A Few Different Hardwares?? Honestly Why Does A Board Need 3 Different Ones? Its Safe To Say, We Will Not Be Ordereing From This Company Again.

Took two days, but my husband and I paced ourselves since we’re both 65+. I thought the slide would be a challenge, but it easily went together. Time consuming, but overall a good product. Most importantly, SORT THE THE WOOD AND THE HARDWARE AND DON’T TRY TO RUSH IT! Makes it so much smoother to assemble. Didn’t realize it was made in Pittsburg, Kansas our neighbors to the north.
