Q: I'm reading reviews and several people say this easily tips over when a child is climbing in. Has this issue been addressed in the latest version being manufactured?

A: Typically what we have found is that if the child is not age appropriate for the car, the child may have more trouble entering and exiting the car.

My son never hurt himself, really, and learned to balance better but also, by that time, got too tall to fit and be able to move his legs in it... I think the bottom is a little too tall and having to hold on to it so they can put their legs in is hard for toddlers to do...

A: No I don’t think so . It has a floor board so the child can sit in and be pushed OR you can take the floorboard out so the child can move the car with their feet like the flinstones haha

Item took a long time to assemble and was complex for what it is. For example it requires you to pound metal into metal to fasten the wheels…didn’t expect that. Also I bought two and one of the sets didn’t come with a set of screws the adhere the top to the base. I had to call little tikes and it will be 7-10 days for them to come in. I know this is a classic but either buy this second hand or look for one of the better toys for kids to enjoy now.

It’s easy for them to get in and out of, and it’s also super easy for them to push themselves or each other around in. The horn works well and the gas tank opens and closes to “fill up” as well. The only thing that was wrong for us, was that the small red axel caps for the front wheels were missing. We were able to purchase some elsewhere that worked with the car, but they were not included. Without them the car is not useable.
Easy maneuvering, sturdy and durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy assembly and easy to follow instructions. Excellent quality durable plastic. Fun design with a squeaky horn and stickers included. Sturdy and safety moves with and without the removable floorboard. Can be easily pushed by adults with the handle on the back top of the car and works great without the floodboard using the child’s feet to push the car around. Easy maneuvering forward and backwards. The wheels don’t get stuck in position and flow freely. Works well on concrete, grass, and gravel. Great for young toddlers. We’ve had so much fun playing cars indoors and outside.

Definitely take inventory of the items by checking the instructions before install (estimated time 50 min) We received 1-2 extra bolts, washers and top hat items but was missing the left eye (G part)

My son is 3 years old and hardly fits in it since his legs are long, he’s a pretty tall 3 years old. It does have a nice black panel that you can use for little kiddos that can’t reach to push themselves. When you assemble be aware of the parts that go first my brother and dad forgot to add the white plastic on the wheels till this day we haven’t been able to take it apart so it stayed like that. Apart from all the above I think it’s a good toy especially for the park or a little stroll.

The instructions were easy to follow and this car assembled very easily, I would suggest 2 people but still one person can put it together. I love the fact that this is safe and focused on safety. My child fit in it comfortably and was thrilled to play with it, kept him busy for over an hour. I definitely think this is a very durable toy and great value

It was surprisingly easy to assemble and took about 30 minutes with a screwdriver and hammer. The sturdy design includes a lockable door, removable floorboard, and a push handle for parents. Our kids love pretending to drive, honking the horn, and cruising around. We're excited for sunnier days ahead to enjoy it even more.

Assembly was pretty easy and didn’t take my husband long to do. It’s pretty sturdy and the wheels ride smooth. Unfortunately my kids did break the door off within the first few hours of playing with it.

Im not sure about how comfortable it is but my 2 year old loved it. Seems very safe for my kid and tough. I like how it gives an option to push her in it or take out the bottom and shr can pull herself in it with her feet. I'd definitely recommend this product to parents with small children.

I got this for my daughter who is almost 3.5 and she really loves riding it the only problem is her feet keep getting stuck by the wheels and under the seat. So I just have her put her legs up and I push her. Even though it’s recommended for ages 1-5 1/2, I think it’s more for 1-2.5. It’s really small inside and she also struggles to get in. Such a fun car aside from that. Took me about 1.5 hours to build. Watched a video on how to build as booklet was kind of hard to understand.

It took about 15 minutes for my husband to install it, not difficult at all. The color red, yellow and a face with eyes and mouth make this car so cute. It also has a gas cap, cup holders which are so nice! My son was so happy when he woke up & saw it! He opened the door, sat down and pushed around the living room. He pretended to push gas in, then press the horn beep-beep when I was on his way. He has fun and enjoys the ride everyday! Perfect toy for my toddler and it's his favorite car so far. Love it!

The item wasn't used but I'm reviewing the shipping. The box looked like it was someone else's return. Looked like it was previously opened and places where stuff was stuck and pulled off leaving a mess. There was a red tag on it also. Wouldn't be a problem except it was a birthday gift for a child. Someone in the shipping dept. Should have noticed before shipping. I'm returning it today.

It was a little hard to put together, but overall a great outside toy. She can pedal easily with her feet and there is a floor board for littler ones and you can push them.

He loves the color, the horn, he loves to push other kids around in it. He gets so happy when he sees this thing! It is sort of intense to build, but once it’s put together the thing is a beast. I love all the DIY things you can add to make it truly unique. It grows with your kid too, and you can take the floorboard out and they can walk with it! Best toy ever!!
