Q: Sorry- hand wash and food grade- but need to no about feet. I have been reviewing several noodle boards on various sights. Many turn out to be “decorator grade” on other sites which means they are not washable and not durable. Thank you

  • A: Hello, this cutting board can be used normally and washed by hand, but it is not recommended to use a dishwasher. Bamboo is more durable than ordinary wood and is less prone to cracking and deformation. Just wipe it dry and place it in a dry and ventilated environment.

FIRE HAZARD, BUT AWESOME BOARD

First off, I love what this noodle board did for my kitchen. The extra counter space was so handy. HOWEVER, if your stovetop does not lock DO NOT USE THIS. My husband bumped the electric range on and almost burned our place down. Luckily the smoke alarms went off and I was able to douse the board in water before it caught fire. This happened *very* quickly, and in a bigger house would have led to the loss of our kitchen. So conflicting review: board itself is great! Fire hazard not so great. Use carefully.
