Had to get another one. My little dog and my grandson love "THE SQUID". A doggie relative destroyed it while visiting, ripping off a leg and chewing the squeaker and basically ripping it up. So a large, heavy chewing dog may not do as well with this squid but my smaller dog had his first one for quite some time with very minor damage. Slight tear to the head fin. It's so cute and my grandson likes to play with it too. haha

For $13.99 I had hoped it would last longer than 7 minutes… BARK used to be known for stronger toys but not anymore apparently. If you have anything like a coonhound or even a 30lb dog, don’t buy. He ripped it open and got the squeaker out in 7 minutes flat.

The dog seems to really enjoy playtime with Billy the Squid. It's large and makes crinkle noises (in addition to squeaker) which keeps him entertained. He’s not really into destroying toys so it's holding up well. Enjoying it so much I decided to get Manny Ray the next time I was in the store.

This squid has been my dog's favorite toy for almost a year. The entire head is the squeaker, so no little squeaker to be chewed out. My dog is an extreme chewer, and her squid still has most of his arms. Most dog toys, even supposedly sturdy ones, she has been able to destroy within a few hours to a few days. Not this guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
