Worst conditioner
Smells good but that’s about it. There is no conditioning happening. With other brands, I put conditioner in my hair and it immediately becomes silky and then is easy to brush post shower. This conditioner feels like I haven’t used anything…my hair feels rough and hard to brush (pulling hair out). Not a cheap bottle-don’t waste your money.

It smells wonderful but it left a terrible build up in my hair that got worse and built up more and more each time I used it. My hair felt heavy and greasy even after washing it multiple days in a row.

Save your money & your hair
While I loved the scent (which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1), I think this was its downfall. It dries my hair out. I have naturally softer hair, so it doesn’t take much for a conditioner to do its job. Unfortunately, my hair has never been drier or frizzier & while I don’t know, I figure it’s because of the intense amount of perfume in it. I’m on a budget, so I’ve been forcing myself to keep using it but honestly, I quit. I’ve gone several months but I just can’t do it anymore. Switching back to Kristen Ess. I really wanted to love this product, but I seriously don’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner makes my hair soft but leaves it full of body instead of it being flat. I have bleach damaged fine hair. It’s hard to get anything that works this well. I definitely couldn’t find any conditioners in their lower price point. The value is great! Smells amazingly clean and fresh too.
