I want to love it. It’s not the first product by them I’ve tried both loved me confused and feeling like I used it incorrectly. It smells nice but it doesn’t make my hair feel like it was conditioned at all. I really want to love it. I gave it three stars since I’m not 100% positive if it’s them or me. : )

Save your money & your hair
While I loved the scent (which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1), I think this was its downfall. It dries my hair out. I have naturally softer hair, so it doesn’t take much for a conditioner to do its job. Unfortunately, my hair has never been drier or frizzier & while I don’t know, I figure it’s because of the intense amount of perfume in it. I’m on a budget, so I’ve been forcing myself to keep using it but honestly, I quit. I’ve gone several months but I just can’t do it anymore. Switching back to Kristen Ess. I really wanted to love this product, but I seriously don’t.

It’s hard to get anything that works this well. I definitely couldn’t find any conditioners in their lower price point. The value is great! Smells amazingly clean and fresh too.

A new favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two pro things to mention up front, this brand brands packaging is aesthetically pleasing and it is affordable. On top of those two things my hair absolutely loves this condition. I will note if you don’t like a lavender scent then this won’t be your cup of tea, because the lavender is strong and it feels like a spa like shower when you rinse it out. And the scent does stay in your hair which I love since I wash my hair 2x a week.
