Love the idea

Sooo yummy if you sometimes crave a piece of hard and crumbly cheese. 3 stars because one of them was half of the super hard part by the rind. I know you can eat it but it was too hard and inedible. Also, they started molding 2 months before expiration date- just a few days after purchasing. I love the idea though and I’m not sure that they didn’t mold because they weren’t kept in an appropriate temperature at Target.

Delicious! Spendy, but yum.

Same as the larger versions but in a portion size. My family loves or snack on it. It’s a expensive treat, but then we don’t waste a large block of cheese. Good for portioning out cheese. And making snack boxes with jerky/meat sticks & crackers.
