Q: My dog is about 60 lbs. Would this size be too small? Looking at the dimensions it seems like its somewhat large for a small dog.

  • A: I think you should get a bigger size for your dog. I just got this one today for my 15 lb. Dachshund and it is the perfect size for her. The packaging states it's for dogs under 30 lbs. The measurements of the actual bone are approximately 5 1/4" long x 3 3/4" across at the top of the "Y." The measurements stated in the product description are apparently for the size of the packaging.

love how creative it is but do not recommend

i won this bone in a giveaway and was excited to give it to my dog and that's the only bone i gave him and he broke his two teeth because of this, it's too way hard and the plastic when he chews and swallow and he will start hacking because it got stuck in his throat, i hate to give low reviews but i will not be giving my dog this anymore.

Puppy finally not chewing on my hand

I bought a small probably for our new Pomsky, probably should have bought a puppy size but the store didn't have anything smaller than a small. Will be getting the puppy starter pack

My dog loves this!

She weighs 80 lbs and I got the XL. It will last her a few weeks, a month at best. She can chew! This is the only toy that lasts any length of time. She can destroy other brands in minutes, even though they're for "aggressive chewers" She chews on this every night.

So thankful for these!

My husband and I just adopted a pitbull mix who just turned five, yet chews like a Labrador puppy! We were not prepared for all the chewing and destroying of toys so when we found Benebone, we said, "Let's try". These are a hit! Lucy bounced around the kitchen when we gave her the medium fishbone and was incredibly happy for some time before we gave her a break. We are sold! These are so awesome and Lucy loves them. I am sad that our Labs didn't get this same opportunity as I know they too would have loved these treats. You have a customer for life!!!! Thank you!

Perfect for my little power chewer!

My miniature poodle Luc loved his first Tripe Bone, so when it was time to replace it I got him another and also a WishBone. He clearly loves this one also! I'll definitely be keeping him supplied with Benebones!

great value and size

My puppy is 12 pounds and loves this. I bought her two wishbones from two different brands and she preferred the Benebone. This is the perfect size for her, and I like that I can get a bigger size when she gets older and bigger.

My Pups Love these!

This has been the favorite chew toy by both my older dog, whose 10, and my younger dog, whose 2. Chicken seems to be the favorite. Last a long time & definitely worth the price!
